Une grande cuisine gastronomique ouverte avec de belles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers mis à jour en acier inoxydable, entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités que vous désirez pour vos repas cuisinés à la maison. Vous pouvez également profiter du barbecue au deuxième étage ou vous détendre sur la terrasse et le belvédère. Votre salon confortable comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat pour profiter de vos émissions préférées ou accéder à votre compte Netflix et profiter d'un film. Vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et de nombreux sièges sur le balcon pour regarder les couchers de soleil fabuleux.

Ce condo a un plan d'étage sur deux qui est parfait pour deux couples. Roi dans la chambre principale avec une salle de bain privée avec un combo baignoire / douche et une grande télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale donne sur la plage et dispose d'une entrée privée sur le grand balcon qui s'étend à travers l'ensemble de l'unité. Reine dans la chambre d'amis avec TV et DVD. La salle de bains commune avec une grande douche à l'italienne se trouve juste à côté de la chambre d'amis.

Vous resterez connecté avec votre famille à la maison avec le wifi dans tout le condo, nous avons même inclus un ordinateur dans votre chambre pour votre plus grand plaisir. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre confort et des draps et des serviettes de haute qualité, y compris des serviettes de plage, alors inutile de les emballer!

LANDMARK TOWERS propose 2 grandes piscines et spas chauffés, 2 courts de tennis privés, jeu de palets, grande terrasse au 2ème étage avec gazebo et barbecue au gaz, sécurité 24h / 24. Vous avez un espace de stationnement sous bâtiment assigné et beaucoup de places de stationnement pour invités.

Traversez la rue en direction des boutiques et des restaurants THE SHOPPES ON SAND KEY, y compris le tristement c��lèbre restaurant Columbia. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de Clearwater Beach et John's Pass est �� une courte distance en voiture des plages du Golfe pour une belle journée de shopping, de restauration et de loisirs aquatiques.

Gorgeous sunsets!

The condo is just as beautiful as advertised. The staff was very welcoming and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Lovely little restaurants and shops right across the street.

Million dollar view

The best location on Sand Key, this unit is close to shopping and multiple restaurants, yet not as crowded as those North or South. It is fully equipped, everything from kitchen and beach needs to binoculars and games. Gated entry ensures security. Security staff and other owners/renters were friendly and helpful. I will say that the family room TV was challenging. The only downside was the master bed. It really needs to be replaced.

Wonderful!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtaking! Plenty of patio furniture to sit and enjoy morning coffee, dinner and watching the sunset. The rockers were especially nice for enjoying my morning tea! Lots of little extras to start you off with and plenty of towels, beach cart and beach gear for our use. The condo is beautiful and so spacious! The management company was great and very responsive when we needed to talk to them. Easy check in process with detailed instructions for everything. The spot is perfect as it doesn't get as crowded as Clearwater Beach or Sand Key Park. We even met some of the lovely neighbors in the building who were extremely friendly. We did not want to leave!

Landmark Towers

The booking process was very easy, check-in process was efficient, condo was nice (had all kitchen items that you would need for cooking), balcony was very large, good location (close to Jolly Tolly stops).

We had everything necessary available to us including a lot of small unexpected things that we really appreciated. The condo was super clean even to our expectations and we are neat freaks and germaphobics. The view is amazing with bear sunsets you can only see in pictures..the part of the beach we got access to was nice and only had a few people of any while other parts of the beach towards the center were completely filled with people which would have been very difficult to deal with. we will certainly be returning. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you
