Profitez d'un séjour dans notre magnifique condo sur la plage du golfe, non-fumeur, récemment rénové. Par les fenêtres, il y a du sable et du surf à l'horizon. Fraîchement peinte à la main partout, avec une salle de bain de luxe équipée d'une belle douche à la main en verre et granit. Tout au long de cette charmante unité, un sol rustique frais vient d'être posé de bout en bout. Grande cuisine spacieuse avec grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et cuisinière, avec tout le matériel dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un merveilleux dîner pour votre famille pendant que vous regardez les vagues se briser sur la belle et douce plage de sable. La salle familiale dispose d'un tout nouveau téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces dans lequel vous pouvez connecter votre netflix et profiter de la programmation que vous souhaitez ainsi que du câble gratuit, pendant que vous vous détendez sur un tout nouveau canapé en cuir ultra doux, avec mise à niveau du matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, qui dort également 2. La grande chambre surdimensionnée dispose également d'une télévision avec programmation par câble gratuite, de nouveaux draps, couvertures et couettes et de nombreux rangements pour tous vos vêtements. Il y a une buanderie gratuite avec laveuses et sécheuses pour que vous puissiez faire la lessive que vous souhaitez pendant votre séjour. Vous pouvez regarder les levers et couchers de soleil depuis votre propre balcon au deuxième étage, en appréciant les beaux sons et les odeurs de l'océan à quelques pas. L'extérieur est une piscine propre et chauffée, parfaite pour un plongeon rapide et se rafraîchir. Nous avons des séjours disponibles à partir de 6 nuits et plus. Very clean condo with a great ocean view. Family friendly but quiet space a less busy beach area which was great. Only down side was no laundry in room but the laundry room on third floor was close and easy to use with app so you don’t need quarters.

The condo was as pictured. Very cute but small. Good for 2 people.Shower was very nice. Bedroom was very nice size. The bed was comfortable. No closet or even hooks to hang things on though. The balcony is very small but the view is amazing! Just steps from the beach. Saw dolphins swimming by a few times. Beautiful sunsets. Everything in the condo and property was very clean and nice. Towels were nice. They had some beach stuff also. Nice people who took care of things there

The location is excellent. Right on the beach. Was clean, except for a few things, under and behind the beds and sofa. Property itself is pristine, they do an excellent job looking after it. The tiny pool was over crowded with limited lounges and seating. Parking easy. The listing stated there was laundry available, it was assumed it was in the unit, it is not. You must download an app and head downstairs to share machines with the other units. It was much smaller than we anticipated. There is no counter space to cook a proper meal, you must use the stove top with a cutting board to chop and do prep. You must also use the stove top to put the dishrack when cleaning up. After you unpack there is limited space to put your suitcases. There is no duvet and we could not find a second set of linens to change them if we wished to. The people that own and run the listing were easy to connect with, kind and informative, they made suggestions about where to go, eat, shop etc. Overall, it is a great tiny space to go to on your own, if you dont wish to cook much, and don't require washer/dryer in the unit. Thank you for letting us stay and reaching out in case we needed to communicate with you. All the best.

Ready For My Return Visit!!

Great location! Super friendly community! Place is as described. We used the pool, beach, laundry room, patio. We would stay here again! Took Lyft to get into Clearwater instead of paying for parking. Also visited Indian Rocks and John’s Pass- loved both!

Great location right on beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Room was perfect, had everything you would need, chairs, umbrellas, tents. Even plenty of beach towels!You can easily fly in and not worry about needing things for the beach. Also very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend !!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful vacation. This place is in a great location right on a great beach. The place was super clean and the balcony allows you to see an amazing sunset each night. Highly recommend it.

NIce condo with ocean view

Very nice and clean condo with ocean view and beautiful sunsets. The owner was vere responsive and provided beach chairs, umbrellas to take to the beach, which is just a view steps away. Beautiful area with nice restaurants in a short driving distance. My husband and I had a great vacation and hope to come back soon.

Amazing Stay!!

It was a great place to stay and we will be staying again! Great views from the deck and we were able to see dolphins every day! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there and it was a short drive to amazing restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!
