Cette villa d'une chambre est situĂ©e au dernier Ă©tage d'un complexe fermĂ© en bord de mer au cƓur de la premiĂšre plage de South Forest Ă  Hilton Head, Ă  3 unitĂ©s de Ocean Front! Le complexe Sea Side rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© comprend une terrasse en bord de mer, deux piscines, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse Ă  piĂšces. AccĂšs par ascenseur et parking couvert avec sĂ©curitĂ©.
Vous avez un accÚs direct et privé à la plage avec des douches extérieures. Des aires de barbecue et de pique-nique sont à votre disposition et sont nettoyées tous les jours!
Cette villa au troisiÚme étage offre une vue sur l'océan. Great location on the beach

The condo was as described, small, but had what was needed. The location to the beach was great and just a short bike ride to restaurants and Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo with amazing views of the ocean

The stay at this condo was wonderful! Communication with the property manager(s) was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the beach and explore the area. The views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. This condo had all the necessities needed, including items to take on the beach.

First time staying at Seaside. We loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. It was a little small and wanted more comfy seating for those evenings watching a movie. Good value for the money.

First trip to Hilton Head!

This condo has all you need! You can walk to so much! The island has a lot of things to do and see. We are planning another trip in early fall because we definitely didn’t get to everything and we will stay at this condo again! The beach is very spacious too! Kim, the owner, was quick to reply with any questions that we had! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time, loved the easy walk to the beach. The unit had beautiful views from the balcony. Parking can be difficult late at night. No waiting for the elevators was a plus.

Wonderful!

This property is excellent! Excellent location, size and amenities. Perfect for two people but sleeps 4 with built in bunks. Fully equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, and cooler! We will certainly rent from Ken & Denise again!

Awesome stay in 329

Our stay in Seaside 329 was great! Everything was perfect. We had a great ocean view. We had extra towels and toilet paper! Kitchen was well stocked. Location was spot on. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

On a positive note. The view was amazing. We walked every morning to get coffee which was so nice. The landscape is well kept. Very quiet.The umbrella and wagon was an appreciated addition.On the disappointing side..:The condo and hall need major updates. Very warn and dated.The hall leading to the condo smells likeUrine and the pool was not clear (had a cloudy look) so didn’t use.

Enjoyable Stay

Property was as described. One of the sand chairs was broken, but everything else was great. Unfortunately our weather was cloudy and raining for the entire trip, but that is uncontrollable. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future. Would highly recommend!!

Great beach getaway

The condo was really nicely laid out. I could see coming with children also and feeling comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and activities is great also. But the best part and the reason to come is the beach access and view. It was beautiful, calming and really just the perfect way to spend the weekend. It was also nice because this was not a crowded part of the beach even though areas further up or down the beach were much more congested. I really enjoyed our weekend and would happily go again and stay here again.

Beautiful view!

The view was one of the best on the property that isn’t directly facing the water. Best bet is to use the stairs - the property is older and the elevator is a little slow. Unit is fully furnished and the ac is good and cold - including in the bedroom! The owners are GREAT at responding! Location was convenient to all attractions. The beach guards are also a great plus - definitely kept everyone safe with lookouts on marine life and weather! Great unit!!

Location! Location! Location! We live in the northern suburbs of Chicago and we visit Seaside as a place to get away from the cold Chicago winters. In the summer we travel to Hilton Head and enjoy biking, the beach, golf, tennis and water sports with our extended families.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The ocean is only a few steps away! Restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Sometimes we never use our car after we arrive. We absolutely love this location and the view is spectacular.
