En plein cƓur du bord de mer, Ă  quelques pas du centre-ville et des boutiques et restaurants du centre-ville. We will be back!!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We were within walking distance from everything. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great location - easy to work with

Love staying at this property. Easy for us to get in and out of, close to all the activities. Plan to continue staying here when we visit Seaside.

Unbeatable location

The property has a very childhood vacation to Grandma's beach cabin feel but with modern utilities. The location could not be beat as it is literally one block over from that majority of downtown attractions but was still hidden enough to not have a lot of foot or vehicle attraction in the area.

Area was great..I think that being a pet friendly place theyneed to have carpets cleaned cause it smelled like urine. Had to go out and get carpet freshner along with one of the couches needs to be replaced smelled like urine. There were ants in the kitchen. Other than these 2 problems the stay was nice.

This was a nice place but the bath/shower needs work. Also when it says has a hair dryer, it should work. Biggest disappoint was the pictures I saw there were no buildings in front of the house. You looked at beach and ocean. This could not be more inaccurate, and the photos should be corrected.

Great location

Great location, would have liked to have the bathtub plug working for grandson to take a bath and a pool for the price. Very comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We're a family of 6 with a goldendoodle and this was an awesome place to stay. Easy walking distance from Seaside downtown restaurants & beach. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was very spacious with a nice open floor plan. It has pots & pans & dishes and all that. For a big family looking for affordable accommodations in short driving distance to Cannon Beach, this is a really good place to stay.

Prime location

We stayed the weekend with my wife and one of my kids. The property is cute and comfortable. Check in was super easy. The location is incredible if you’re looking for beach and downtown Seaside access!

It was cute, very old, but nice and very close to everything we wanted to do. The tub was old school claw foot and very tall. Somewhat difficult to climb in and out of, but we managed. I would stay here again.

Communication was good, able to get into the property just fine. No problems with expectations of how to leave the house. Very comfortable place. Super great location. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness. I went to use ice from the ice tray and there were small fragments of something foreign in it. Then, after showering, I was looking for the blow dryer and it was under the bathroom sink behind the toilet brush. It is for this reason, I rated it like I did. When I saw this, it made me wonder about the sheets and towels and the things that weren't obvious. I hope they can fix this because it would be a great location.

Dont know how this has 4.7 stars. House is rundown, shabby and not clean.

Arrived an hour early, email said we could call & try to get in early. Person who answered said would let me know if it was possible & would call back. Never got call back, so we waited to check in at original time. My daughters bed had comforter on it that looked like it had a blood stain.. My oldest daughters bed had a pubic hair in the sheets! At that point it was game over for me. I stripped all the comforters and blankets off the beds and washed them. Thank goodness for a washer/ dryer and laundry soap! We ended up sleeping on top of the clean comforters under our own throw blankets that we brought from home. The kitchen had ants. I contacted them via messenger and they sent someone over to give us alcohol to spray on ants for the duration of stay. There were crumbs on the counter, table, and the backs of the kitchen chairs. I looked underneath the tub and it had dirt/hair and an empty shampoo bottle. Also, It’s a clawfoot tub so if you have problem climbing over/ out of things, beware. Nowhere in the listing does it say it’s a clawfoot tub and they have no handle to get in and out. It poses a hazard. We had 3 white bath towels that had stains and were dingy. No bath mat to step onto when you get out of the tub. Missing pieces of molding, screens coming off windows, holes in linoleum, filthy baseboards and window tracks. I have pics & videos if management/owners wish to see them. The house is close to everything and you can walk. Thats the best I can say.

Decent but ...

The space it’s self if is cute and cozy. But the process to check in was a bit crazy. When we arrived at the office, which was in disarray and cluttered, we were told our rental wasn’t ready (which was fine because we checked in about 45 min early) however the explanation for why left me concerned. The staff couldn’t really give me a straight answer and seems confused themself. They said something about people at the property banging on windows and making a racket. The staff told us they were going I’ve to check on it. They did give me the key but said not to show up until 4 just in case. When we pulled up, there were people there. At first we weren’t sure if they were renters or what. So we waited 15-20 minutes to see if they would clear out. They didn't. So we chanced it. They were in the duplex unit below ours so we were able to get into our unit. But then the banging started. These people were doing work to the house itself, removing and replacing siding on the house. The back yard was covered in wood piles and debris. And they were using the trash and recycle can outside to throw away the wood siding. We had to call the rental company about it and they said they were aware and already told them to leave when they stopped by 2 hours earlier. It took us saying something to the workers before they would leave. The house it’s self is old, and musty. The entrance to the unit made us a bit worried. But once you are in the unit, things were fine. Although the cleanliness of the unit was not what I would expect for having to pay a substantial cleaning fee. There was a fine dusting of white powder all over the kitchen. We assumed it was left over cleaning product. And we were given instructions upon leaving that asked us to start the laundry, run the dishwasher (reasonable), take out all the trashes in the house and strip the beds ourselves. Not a property we would return to nor a company I would rent through again.

great lacation

Location and meeting all basic needs describes this place. A bit dated, signs of wear and tear, but for the price, clean, well supplied, and very workable. The TV worked great, but we knew the rains would come and brought a few DVDs we wanted to watch...but no hook-up for the player. We called for help, but never got a response.

The property was very close to the beach, shopping, and downtown. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom shower was not accessible for my sister who could not climb over the tub. The steep stairs were a surprise as well.

Great unit and great location

We loved how close this unit was to the beach! Super easy to access the Prom and downtown. Unit had everything we needed and was a pleasant stay for our young family. It was easy to check in and get the keys. The VRBO listing has an old photo of the front of the house, so that kind of thew us when we arrived. Other than that, everything else listed was accurate.
