Location was hard to find - spotlight on sign for the complex was burned out. Property was clean but VERY outdated and rundown. Countertop appliances were super old. Unit smelled musty - especially the bathrooms. Sink in one bathroom had a crack and the vanity was falling apart. Patio door didn’t lock. Didn’t use the pool; couldn’t find the hot tub although there was supposed to be one. Beds - especially the hide-a-bed - were very uncomfortable. Light burned out in bathroom. TV in living room didn’t work. Would not rent here again.

kitchen was well equipped. Clean. comfortable beds. Prearrival contact was confusing and information was not provided like wifi password, pool code. "host" did not know much of how to answer our questions and told us he hadnt been there and to contact guest services. However guest services was on site it was a call in center, so that part was frustrating. We eventually received the info needed. Location was nice.

Very nice property. It was a little bare in kitchen supplies. Had the basics but could have used some oven mitts etc. Also most rentals will have some dry seasonings. Salt and pepper for eg. it was very clean and comfortable

Well, the time of our arrival, the electronic keypad did not function. The door would not unlock. I called the number for assistance, i spoke to someone from a service center in another country. I found it difficult to understand plus the actual connection was minimal. The televisions were poor or unusable. We left a day early because of a personal emergency. I contacted the local Vacasa office. I informed them we were leaving. I was not expecting any type of refund. I just wanted to inform them if they needed to clean the property early. That brings up the final issue, my wife accidentally left in the closet a very expensive blouse hanging up in the closet. She also left in the same closet two sandals. When we got home and my wife informed me that ahe left the three items in the closet, I called the Vacasa office. They said the would send the 3 items to us. The Monday after I returned. The company they used said that only the sandals were there. Yes, it was mine qnd my wifes mistake for leaving then in your unit. Im just confused how only the sandals were to be found.

Great condo for two couples and an excellent price. The bed and pillows were very comfy (I even took a pic of the tag on the pillow because I want to buy one just like it) and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to eat in. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Key West!

The communication with the host and check in was super easy! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the sunset every night. We loved sitting out on the lanai. The only thing we wished was a little better was faster wifi, and if it had some tennis rackets or pickleball rackets to play. Otherwise, everything was good! The pool onsite was nice as well as the hot tub (very hot though). We would def stay again!! Very convenient stay, and close to the airport as well as a short drive to downtown Key West. Thank you for having us!!

Quick Trip to Key West

The property was true to the reviews of other travelers. Clean and comfortable and fit the needs of two couples needing a stay in Key West to catch the ferry to Dry Tortugas. Although not within walking distance of Old Town we rented a golf cart that got us everywhere we needed to be. Additionally, there were some excellent local restaurants

Quick stay

We were in Key West for a quick overnight stay. The condo was perfect for two couples and a nice quiet place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The small convenience store nearby was also a plus.

Cozy Condo

Since it is near the departure runway of Key West Airport, it is not as peaceful as the listing would suggest. That being said, the sound of jets departing did not detract from our short two day stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool area was clean, spacious and very close. The mattress in the guest room was excellent but the one in the master bedroom was quite soft. There is a pay laundromat on the first floor and the gym was rather dated.

Pros: Condo location to historic Key West Easy traffic pattern Unt close to the pool Sunset view from balcony Owner had excellent communication Small but complete kitchen Patio table for 4 on the balcony Cons: Missing items: only 2 beach towels for 4 guests, no bath mat, no soap for dishwasher Pool Issue: pool water was being heated which cause discomfort on a very hot day. Technology: excessively long door code, wifi username and password not readily available and then network name did not appear as a choice. These are minor concerns and would not prevent me from renting from this owner again. I do believe the owner would want to know so these items could be quickly addressed.

Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the location as it was away from the main roads and quiet in the evenings. The pool was clean and nice too. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Key West

Girls weekend

The property was as advertised and met our needs. The property owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to our early arrival and request for late check out. That said, it’s definitely a dated property and would benefit from some updates. It was clean, and had the basic necessities. Paint, kitchen and bathroom need attention, but again, very clean. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something clean and basic.

Just Right for 2 Nights

Aside from difficulty with the door lock (which was quickly resolved), our short stay was just what we needed. As others have stated, the furnishings are old, but all was clean. All questions and concerns were responded to quickly and effectively.
