There seems to be an on going problem with the elevators. At one time they were all out of service. Otherwise everything else was great!

We had a wonderful experience at the condo, the property was beautiful everyone was so friendly; sunrise was gorgeous & the pool area so clean each morning the staff would get the area ready for all!

Absolutely love this unit. We stayed here back in 2021 and again in May of 2026 for out 20th wedding anniversary. We love the view and proximity to the beach. We will definitely rent this one again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor in the condo was very dirty. The hallway floor smelled like dogs and sewage at elevator corner. Otherwise, it was great. A note in rental guidelines that golf carts can not be parked in parking space for rental although it was shrt enough.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We will strive for higher cleaning standards. Sorry you had that experience. We do send rules ahead of time which include the parking and due low pipes in the garage in certain areas they are strictly adhered to.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, friendly people everywhere we were and a lovely condo. The construction was a bit loud but nothing that was too bad. Will be back!

Great view from condo. Can see both ocean & pool from balcony. Condo was nice with cool architecture. Decor was a bit dated, but okay. Had a large influx of sargassum so that tainted the beaches quite a bit & it kinda smelled. Not much you can do about that.Pool was REALLY nice ! Very large & can accommodate a lot of people. Weren’t really that many people ever there. Almost had the whole pool to yourself at times. Highly recommend !

This condo was great for our wheelchair accessible needs. We had no issues with building accessibility, or bathroom accessibility. The condo was massive with plenty of room. The views were gorgeous. The pool and the beach were more than we had hoped for. Everything went well and we will stay here again.

This condo is lovely and well-appointed, including linens and kitchen items. The grounds are very nice. There was construction going on, and it was noisy during the day, but quiet at night. Check-in is easy and the host is friendly and attentive. Close to the beach and about a two-mile walk to Duval. I look forward to staying again.
