«Beach Retreat», piscine privée chauffée *, à quelques pas de la plage!

Nommée «Beach Retreat», cette belle maison est l'une des maisons les plus relaxantes et confortables de Surfside Beach. Surfside Beach est appelée «The Family Beach», une communauté détendue et familiale assez proche pour profiter des commodités de Myrtle Beach, mais assez loin de tout le trafic et de la congestion

Cette maison côtière a sa propre piscine privée dans une cour clôturée avec deux porches couverts donnant sur la piscine. La maison est située à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques pas de nombreux grands restaurants, jetée de pêche, magasin de crème glacée et bien plus encore. Tout ce que Myrtle Beach a à offrir n'est qu'à quelques minutes. Location à la nuitée (trois nuits minimum) disponible au début du printemps et à l'automne. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Cette maison a quatre chambres et trois salles de bain. A l'étage, trois chambres: # 1, maître avec roi, # 2, une reine, # 3, deux lits doubles et en bas, # 4, deux lits doubles. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Toutes les chambres ont une baignoire communicante et une télévision LCD avec DVD. Il y a aussi beaucoup de sièges pour tous, que vous vous détendiez en regardant un film ou en dégustant un bon repas.

Great rental!

Such a great stay we had. The property is in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessaries. The beds were comfortable. The pool was just right. I used Palmetto Linens Vacation Rentals to rent out the linens and towels.

The home is clean and roomy. It is a great location to the beach. The pool was cleaned mid week which was great. The owner was very nice. Great place to stay for your vacation.

The "Beach Retreat" is everything the listing says it is. The photographs are an accurate representation of the property. It is only two blocks from the beach. There rae several good places to eat also two blocks away. You will not be disappointed with the "Beach Retreat".

"Beach Retreat" says it all! We felt like we were truly on vacation the minute we walked thru the door. The home is charming, with great furnishings, and amenities - such as drinking coffee on the beautiful porch, pristine pool and the location is the best, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. We have stayed here several times. The transactions with the owners were great - quick response to any questions and they keep it absolutely spotless. We love it!

Summer vacation

We had a lovely time! The house was very close to the beach and there were several restaurants within walking distance . There was plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas at the house to take to the beach. Having a private pool at the house was awesome .plenty of floats and pool chairs. Everyone drives golf carts … I didn’t realize that until we got down there and there were none to rent when we got there, so don’t wait to rent one ! The process with the linen was super easy as well The owners were friendly and answered any questions we had We would stay there again

Amazing house

My family and I travelled to Surf Side for a family vacation and to spend time with my oldest son who resides in Surf Side. We rented this house because it fit all our needs and had enough space for 10 people. The house was in very good shape, very clean and only one block from the beach. The location was awesome, we were only half a block from several restaurants and everyone in our group needs were met. I could go on for a very long time talking about this house but most people do not like reading long winded reviews. I will finish by saying that we would definitely return to this location in the future, the owners are very responsive to any questions or issues, the house is very well maintained, the pool was clean and warm. I highly recommend this house for future outings and or vacations.

Awesome, Awesome stay at "Beach Retreat"!

First of all, the Owner -> unbelievably helpful, kind and very quick to respond to ALL my questions. I've been renting vacation condos and Homes for about 22 years in Myrtle Beach, the "Beach Retreat" by far has been the nicest, cleanest and all-around greatest place me and my family have ever stayed at!!! It's been a nightmare trying to get a "Heat-Pool" that worked during our stay, well, once again, "Beach Retreat" worked and worked great, the water was warm when we got there -> how wonderful is that! If you are looking for an awesome, awesome and CLEAN place to stay -> rent "Beach Retreat #59437.

Great Property!

My wife and I stayed a week with our two toddlers. The house was exceptionally clean with all the comforts of home plus a pool! The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to revisit next time we're in the area! Wonderful hosts and accommodations!

Close to beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was close to the beach and the pool was heated. The pool is on the small side for 12 people but as long as everyone doesn’t want to swim at the same time it’s fine. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. It really needs a deep clean and a major dusting! The owner was very responsive when we told her about it and even drove up to make it right. A few things to keep in mind when renting this house, it doesn’t come with any extras. We purchased: trash bags, paper plates, plastic cups, pump hand soap (it has a bar in each bathroom), extra toilet paper (only comes with 1 roll in each bathroom), and napkins. Also, the linen service sent us sheets that barely fit the king size mattresses and they were not as clean as we would have hoped. They said they acid wash them and did offer to bring new ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Angela, I’m so sorry your visit did not go well. You are right, our pool is not large but the pool size is posted on our VRBO description as being 12 x 20’. You had told me about potato chips being on one of the bedroom carpets. We had just had all of the carpets and tile floors professionally cleaned. Also the rugs had been vacuumed right before you came and all of our ceramic tile floors had been washed. The house including all pictures, doors and door frames had thoroughly been cleaned along with the window treatments and windows. This is a beach house. We supply enough paper goods to get you to the store to get your supplies for the week. We left extra trash bags but no extra paper plates or paper cups.

Lovely, clean and spacious rental

The house looked just like it was advertised. It was spacious , clean and cozy. Furniture was comfortable. Had lots of amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal and close to the beach and many restaurants. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Great Family Retreat

So fun!

The location of this home is great! Very easy walk to beach. Having the pool made the trip so fun & relaxing. Met the Owners & they are so nice & sweet. Has just about everything you need. (Bring trash bags) Just so everyone knows there is a new coffee maker that makes a pot & k-cups! Thank you for sharing your house with us! Relaxing, enjoyable vacation

This vacation home and location met all of our expectations… not easy with 6 adults and 6 children ages 3 months to 7 years. Plenty of space for everyone, including quiet time on the covered porch!! Especially loved the clean, private pool with grassy area (perfect for setting up a tent with canopy to provide extra shade around and over shallow end of pool) and the safe, short walk to the beach. Was pleasantly surprised by scheduled pool cleaning mid-week!! Loved Surfside Beach too (more than Myrtle Beach in general). Would definitely rent this beautiful home again. Thank you, Betty, for being a gracious and responsive hostess.

Great vacation home!

We loved our stay at the Beach Retreat! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, local restaurants and shops and within a short drive of Myrtle Beach. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children, and the house was roomy enough for us all. The pool was wonderful, and refreshing. Everying was also very clean and they had a lot of kitchen items and beach toys/chairs supplied, which was very handy! Already planning a return trip for next year.

Very nice property and owners!

From booking the property to check out, the owners were very thorough, responsive and so nice! The property was exactly as described. A private pool is a priority for our family, and the pool was perfect unlike some other properties - sizable and always in full sun. We would absolutely stay here again.
