Just a few things needed to be addressed. The bifold door in owners suite is off hinges. There is a hole in bifold door to washer and dryer location. The shower in owners suite needs to be cleaned at bottom inside door of mold and calked. These are things that would not stop me from leasing the property again. The property was awesome!! Just that sometimes the owner needs to know if there property has any issues. These were small things. We definitely will return soon and would love to stay in the same unit.

Peaceful Get Away

Overall we had a decent experience. The positives were location to the beach and dining options. Unfortunately, there seemed to be more negatives.The master bathroom shower was nasty. There was literally mold falling off of the door when we opened it. Also, whoever put the dishes up didn’t check them. One bowl I pulled out still had dried food on it. There was a constant beeping that would go off every 60 seconds. It was very annoying and we could not locate the source. Our first night there an employee let their car door slam into our new car, putting a big dent in the door. The office staff was not willing to help us, and the local police said there was nothing they could do. Of course the person with the beat up car didn’t even bother to leave a note, and they didn’t bother to call when I left a note on their car with my number. Very disappointing to say the least. I feel like for what we paid, this place should have been better. Fortunately there are plenty of other options of places to stay when we make our next trip down.

Sterling Sands

Very convenient location! Check in was a breeze. Loved that we didn't have to wait on the elevator and could use the stairs to head right up to the unit on the 1st floor. The beds were super comfy!! The beach wasn't too crowded and the complimentary beach set up was an added bonus! My only complaint about the unit would be the cleanliness of it upon arrival. Overall, the experience was great and we'd rent the unit again.
