This is a great property in a great complex. This is truly a home away from home because it has EVERYTHING you need. We know it used to be a primary home, so it has absolutely everything you need for cooking, food storage, serving dishes, pans (it's a bakers paradise!), cooking utensils etc. It has all the appliances you'll need including a toaster oven, toaster, blender, Crock-Pot! and more! They have good books you can read (and there's more in the club house), puzzles and games.
The condo has a great layout and a nice placement in the complex. It's on the east side, close to the Bay, so no road noise and close to the pier. (The sunrise on the pier is beautiful.) It's a short walking distance to the front of the complex where the pool is and across the road to the beach. There were 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a umbrella auger/ holder. The screened in porch was great. The grounds are beautiful. So many complexes are just cement and sand but this has grass and lots of flowering bushes. The pool is fantastic! It's warm! Lots of chairs and chaise lounges, umbrellas and tables. Very friendly, nice people here. They have a few activities including swim exercise, snack night (BYOB) and bingo.
Plenty of towels in the condo, including a couple beach towels and they provided basic paper products that you'd need for your stay. They also have non perishables that you can use and leave what you don't use, so basic spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee filters, etc are on hand.
The ONLY thing I would suggest is that the carpets be cleaned. There are some spots in the family room in particular that need attention and it looks like it could use a shampoo in general.
