Runaway Bay- 1st Floor Unit, Newly Renovated, Close to Pool and Beach!
Unit 118 on the first floor. What you'll love about this condo...LOCATION! Runaway Bay Condo complex is in the heart of Bradenton Beach across street from Gulf of America with private beach access. The community offers the largest private heated pool on the island, kayak access, fishing pier, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts. This is island living at it's best!
A real bonus to vacationing at Runaway Bay is the extremely convenient FREE Anna Maria Trolley service. The trolley runs the length of the island approximately every 20 minutes from 6am to 10pm. The north & south-bound stops are very close to the entrance of Runaway Bay. The need for a rental car is almost eliminated!
Gone Coastal is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the ground floor towards the front of complex- no steps! The unit is just steps away from the pool and very close to the beach access. Our unit only books Saturday to Saturday unless booking more than 7 days (details below).
Property Highlights:
* Fully equipped kitchen complete with new appliances, microwave and Keurig
* Commercial ice maker in the pantry- no more trips to the store every day for ice!
* Dining area with seating for 6 with extra seating for 4 at the kitchen counter
* Family room has new furniture with a queen-size sleep sofa and a 55" Roku TV
* Games and puzzles are provided for the rare rainy day
* Master bedroom has a new king-size bed with en-suite bath and a 40" Roku TV
* Master bathroom has walk-in shower and ADA height toilet
* Guest bedroom has new queen and twin-size beds and a 40" Roku TV
* Hall bath is just outside the guest bedroom with tub/shower and ADA height toilet
* Laundry has new full-size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board
* Free internet with Spectrum cable service (via Spectrum App)
* Screened lanai with new patio furniture
* Closet in lanai has beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, noodles, etc. for guest use
* Gone Coastal uses a professional linen service complete with beach towels
Two parking passes will be left for you in the condo to use during your stay. The passes must be displayed at all times while your vehicle is parked at Runaway Bay. Golf carts are permitted to be parked in the complex but must also have a parking pass on display. Runaway Bay does not permit the charging of electric golf carts or vehicles.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only with a 7-day minimum stay. Exceptions may be made if booking more than 7 days and not during peak season- please check with owner first. The maximum occupancy is six

You're vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
