Admirals Row récemment rénové, vue sur l'océan et le lagon au premier étage

Oceanfront Resort! Récemment rénové. Bienvenue dans notre villa Admirals Row du Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Notre copropriété mise à jour, deux chambres, deux salles de bain est située dans la rangée des amiraux et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles. Un lit king size dans la chambre des maßtres, un lit queen dans la deuxiÚme chambre et un lit d'appoint rabattable. Carrelage en céramique, nouveaux appareils de cuisine, nouvelles armoires et comptoirs en granit. Les salles de bains ont été entiÚrement rénovées avec de nouvelles toilettes, de nouvelles vasques et des douches. Il y a une buanderie située un étage plus haut.

Prenez votre petit dĂ©jeuner sur le patio avec vue sur le lagon et l'ocĂ©an en arriĂšre-plan tout en Ă©coutant le choc des vagues. Faites ensuite une promenade de quatre minutes jusqu'Ă  la plage sans fin de votre complexe ou choisissez l'une des deux piscines du complexe pour profiter du soleil. Ce complexe de bord de mer fermĂ© est situĂ© au milieu de l’üle, sur un terrain de 55 hectares magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ©s. La station propose de nombreux Ă©quipements et activitĂ©s et est le lieu idĂ©al pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade en amoureux Ă  deux.

Pour les personnes ayant un style de vie actif, il y a dix courts de tennis éclairés, un magasin de tennis professionnel et un nouveau centre de fitness. Ce complexe propose également la plus grande piscine de l'ßle, un bassin pour enfants pratique, une nouvelle aire de jeux pour les enfants, un Tiki-Bar en bord de mer (ouvert en saison) servant des plats et des boissons, ainsi que de nombreux parcours de golf superbes à proximité.

This condo is a happy place! Bright decor, yet calm and well done. The small lagoon with the alligator was fun to watch when we had rain! Sarah and Matt have the condo clean and well stocked with cooking/serving ware and food/cleaning supplies to get you started and then some. They also had a good beach buggy with quality beach chairs. Given the chance, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Matt and Sarah!

Still well-maintained and security is good.Lifeguard situation or sign rules enforcement seems somewhat arbitrary. Definitely better for them to use discernment with balls and kites and shovels. No long or metal shovels seems stupid - how many - any recordable accidents or other in the past from that? Cave-in (northeast U.S.) are not as likely or even possible here. Probably just today's world, but daily "Shark" water clears seem stupid. I would bet there have not been more than a dozen shark bites in the last 10 yrs from Charleston to Jekyll. AND they could happen anyway.

This was our second year and enjoyed it again. The condo has fun, beachy decor. It is super clean and very well furnished —just feels comfortable. The owner was extremely prompt in answering questions and I would absolutely recommend this property.

Family Friendly Villa Short Walk From the Ocean

Delightful stay a short walk from the beach. The dunes a less than a city block away. The villa is well-equipped with all the kitchen, bathroom, and beach equipment we needed. The owner was very responsive. Our nearly four-year-old had a wonderful time. There was a good mix of families, retirees, couples, and groups at the resort. There were a couple of minor items that could be repaired, but nothing that impacted our stay. The only thing that annoyed us was that the shortest way into the villa requires you to first go up and then down some stairs. This is a pain when carrying groceries, etc but there is an alternative entrance with a ramp a short distance away. Overall we loved our stay!

I want to stay here again! Condo was clean and well maintained with great updated kitchen. Kitchen was well furnished with everything you could want. I loved the fun beachy decor throughout— also nice towels. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful Villa

Great villa in HHBT. This was the perfect location for us for a few nights. The Villa was very nice and clean. The furnishings were updated and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the beach. We definitely will return on our next family visit to HHI.

Clean, Cool, Modern, and Comfortable!

This 1st floor villa is just a short walk to the ocean or two resort pools. The unit is bright, clean, updated, and very nicely decorated. There is quality furniture throughout and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals or blend some cold drinks. There are even beach chairs and a wagon! The balcony overlooks a pond where on any given day you might see an egret, heron, turtles, or even a gator or otter! The owners are very responsive and make the entire experience top notch! A++++

Hilton Head Island Tennis & Beach Resort

The property was wonderful. Fully stocked with great cookware to cook our meals and good restaurants on the island. Love how the look of the island is preserved with all commercial development being behind tree lines and the beach was beautiful. Swimming closer to the evening was lovely. During the middle part of the day, jellyfish were around more. Six stings for our family but we quickly learned when to head out of the water and what to do! Had a wonderful time!

Awesome villa

I was totally impressed with this villa. So clean and well decorated. Many details were added to make the stay warm and welcoming, even down to batteries and comfy bed sheets and towels. Would recommend it to all my friends, just save me a week in the summer 😎. Sarah was great in responding so prompt. Will be back for sure.

Very good stay

We had a great week. The room was very clean and up to date. There were plenty of towels and was very well stocked in the kitchen. Super comfy couch. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon available for use but we bring our own every year. No complaints at all. The only thing I would have to say negative is that the sliding screen doors are not very good they seemed to be broken or just very hard to open and close. We were there as Elsa came through and we had an eventful night with the electric being off for a short time and the fire alarm in the building going off due to the power outage for sure a night we won’t forget. Lol

Clean & Great Location

My family of 3 stayed for a week and loved every second. The villa was very clean, updated, and spacious. The resort could use a facelift but there is nothing the villa owner can do to help that issue. They provided every amenity you may need and tons of beach supplies! It is on the first floor so no elevators which is a life saver when lugging things back and forth or to go back for lunch. The location was just a minute or so walk away from the beach and the lagoon outside was full of wildlife. We seen a small alligator, turtles, and birds! So even when staying in the villa it kept us occupied just watching what may pop up. The owner, Sarah, was very responsive. We had ZERO issues with our villa but for overall questions, like what to do when checking in or out, she answered within 5 minutes max. I can’t say enough great things about it!
