Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each individual stay. I greatly appreciate your comments about aspects found wrong or issues that would need a serious look on owner’s behalf and I am really sorry to hear of all these matters after you had gone home. Most of them could had been checked (because the cleaning company dealing with these properties in Kaminaki is doing a very good job through out the years) and resolved immediately if we had been informed on time. In any case your points of view have been handed to the owner and we will check if they will be accordingly utilized.
