Great location with a balcony overlooking the river and walking distance to Broadway. Perfect size for us 2 people and our dog. Had everything needed for preparing meals. Parking is convenient and covered.
Lovely views across the river front, ideal location to walk into downtown Nashville, close dinner and baseball stadium. Great parking space and felt location was safe.
Well equipped and two adults slept on sofa bed.
Enjoyed our stay, would recommend and stay again.
Nice place to stay. We were in and out a lot. Really just slept there and would come back to change your have snacks easy to get an Uber and cheap to get to broadway. Pool was really nice
Property was just as described! Easy access to downtown and the highway. James was awesome to work with, and made himself available if you needed anything!
The unit suited our needs perfectly. The location was very convenient to downtown and germantown. The unit was well stocked (coffee, pool towels, lots of bath towels ...). Wonderful weekend in Nashville.
Great condo for a visit to Nashville. It was within walking distance of many places we visited (Ex. Broadway, Germantown, etc) and yet was in a quiet, relaxing spot. Our host, James was helpful and responsive. Perfect for our first visit to Nashville!
The condo is limited on space, but comfortable. I stayed with girlfriends and was looking for a place within walking distance but quiet. This fit the bill! We were a bit disappointed that the roll aways were not true roll away beds. The mattresses on these were only 1/2 inch thick. Other then that the condo had everything we need to make a nice breakfast before getting on with our day.
This property is close to downtown so walking to it is definitely an option. Nice view of Cumberland River. This property could use some updating like new furniture in living room and replacing dim lights in bathroom (one bulb was burned out in an already dimly lit room). We could not enjoy the patio area because it was dirty and had numerous spiders & webs. Carpeting was stained in the closet. All of these issues were brought to the owner's attention after our stay. Owner stated that these would be addressed.
BUYER BEWARE: The pictures were very deceiving. The bedroom was completely different than the pictures online. The online picture was very sunny, bright and inviting. In actuality, it was dark, dirty and depressing. The building is not made well and you could hear the people walking around upstairs. The place was very small, dirty and not located in a great area. The bed was not made, there was toothpaste in the sink and no bathroom towels. I arrived at 6:00 pm and check in time is 3:00 p.m. The owner had 3 extra hours to get this ready and it wasn't. I contacted him and he gave me 2 different stories about why it wasn't cleaned up after the last occupants left. With covid, this is unacceptable. I left after the 1st night because I didn't want to stay in a dirty, small, depressing condo.
Never having been to Nashville before, our knowledge of locations and distances was lacking, so our initial impression on location of this condo was thumbs down. We had trouble finding the condo, and a phone call for some help was never responded to. As we explored the area though, we began to appreciate the less hectic, more neighborhood feel. We found nice restaurants, coffee shops and centennial park f the Farmers Market, all within walking distance. We did drive to lower Broadway, the Gulch and Midtown (a little too far a walk for us). Good location, nice condo. Of note, it is a second floor unit and we were not aware of an elevator, therefore had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs.
This condo on the river felt so much like home to me and my 2 daughters (12 & 13)! We were in Nashville for 2 nights for the Jason Aldean concert! Close enough walk to Broadway, our favorite restaurants, and Bridgestone Arena! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and communication with the host was a breeze! Will definitely be back!
James was a gracious host and helped us out when the booking dates were off by a day. He was quick to respond and shared a few tips about Nashville that made the stay better. The view from the balcony of the river was nice. The property is about a mile from broadway, but near the AAA baseball stadium, some cool pizza places and breweries. I would definately recommend for price and location!
The property was clean and convenient. Everything we needed. More then a hotel and far enough away from Broadway to be quiet and close enough for us to be in the action when we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.
This is a small property, but clean and beautiful. My husband and I stayed here with another couple and found it was plenty of space to be shared, especially considering we mostly slept here and cooled down. Lock code to get in and out and a key card to get into the pool. The pool was also a nice addition to our stay with that TN heat we experienced! The owner also stored our luggage for us after checkout due to our flight leaving later that evening. Which is nice cause then we didnât have to tote our stuff all over the place until we left for the airport.
There were just a few things that I felt could use some adjustments. The patio doesnât close all the way without the stick stuck into the other side, which wasnât a huge issue. Be careful opening the bedroom door as we realized that it will hit the tv when itâs open all the way. Appeared the hinges just needed some adjustment cause you canât close the door all the way. Otherwise it was a great experience overall.
