Étant l'une des maisons d'origine face à l'océan, vous apprécierez la véritable sensation du vieux Cambria. Cette spacieuse maison de plain-pied dispose de deux chambres, de trois salles de bain et se trouve sur le bluff le plus éloigné de Cambria, offrant ainsi une vue imprenable sur tout le long de la côte. Observez les baleines, les dauphins et toute autre vie marine tout en sirotant un verre de vin sur la terrasse spacieuse. Les espaces de vie et de salle à manger ont également une vue complète sur l'océan afin que vous puissiez vous détendre près de la cheminée et regarder la mer en constante évolution les jours d'hiver plus frais. Dans la chambre principale, ouvrez votre curseur face à la mer et détendez-vous avec une tasse de café et profitez du soleil et de l'air frais du matin. La maison a également une belle clôture de 6 pieds autour de la grande cour, vous offrant une expérience très privée.

A fabulous family vacation in Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Titus Point in Cambria. This house about as far out on the cliffs overlooking the water as you can go. It provides a 180% (or more) view of the ocean. We absolutely love staying there and are already making plans to return next summer.

Beautiful Private Ocean Front Views

So relaxing and peaceful. Love the ocean views while sitting on the deck or inside from huge windows. So glad the TV in living room was upgraded to a larger size! Hubby can watch sports while I love to sit on sofa facing ocean and read my book, gaze at ocean and even nap! However much to my dismay the recliner sofa was replaced with a Very Uncomfortable love seat and 2 uncomfortable chairs as well! I was so looking forward to my relaxing time...but alas it was not to be! Please bring back the 3 seater leather sofa with 2 recliners! It is a necessity!

Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

Titus Point gem

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

It is a Gift

The location is so special. Our girls group of 3 childhood friends made the most of the stellar views, making our meals at home. Walkable and peaceful. I can’t wait to return.

vintage wonder

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

So spectacular, this was our 3rd time with family/friends

So relaxing and fun to cook with friends in the large kitchen and the panoramic window view is a blessing with views of the sunset. This is our 3rd time here and we love it. There are lots of fun things to do in town and the surrounding area. We love to stay here just enjoy the beauty of nature. Outstanding hiking trail close by. The house is vintage but really adds to the charm. Highly recommend.

Wish the fireplace worked. We got the patio chair cushions the day we checked out.

We loved the view and openness of the home. It was a little chilly because the heat wasn’t great. Great location to walk every day!!
