Un nouveau studio de 1500 pieds carrĂ©s nichĂ© entre l'ocĂ©an et le village de Kennebunkport. Dans les 5 minutes dans les deux sens, vous pouvez marcher le long des plages de sable ou flĂąner dans les rues du centre-ville. Cette toute nouvelle construction se prĂȘte Ă  une merveilleuse Ă©vasion pour les couples et les petites familles car elle peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 personnes. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur complet, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, grille-pain et cafetiĂšre. Un ensemble complet de douche / baignoire serviettes et draps frais. Un trĂšs grand lit et un lit double avec des teintes assombrissantes dans toute la piĂšce. TV Ă  Ă©cran plat avec capacitĂ©s de streaming, wifi et beaucoup d'espace de travail. SituĂ© sur 8. 5 acres de bois vierge pour une intimitĂ© totale. Un systĂšme de sĂ©curitĂ© rĂ©sidentielle RING protĂšge cette propriĂ©tĂ©.

The Best Place for an Escape Away

The Gooserocks Retreat is everything we wish for in a stay-away from home. It is so peaceful, impeccably clean, warm and inviting. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We could not be any happier with this studio loft; we will absolutely be back again!

Wonderful apartment !

Very nice apartment on top of a garage. Very quiet environment. The owner has very good taste! Not far from Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. We loved our stay!

Fall Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Goose Rocks Retreat. The studio is very spacious, nicely decorated and so clean! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our first trip to Kennebunkport! Tracy was so responsive and answered all of our questions almost immediately. We loved everything about our trip and can't wait to come back!

The overall process and experience was great. Tracy was extremely communicative and accommodating. The property suited us perfectly. It was spacious but cozy, and nicely decorated. The location is great. I only hope it will be available for us the next time we want to visit Maine!

**Exceptional Property!!**

We spent a rainy Memorial Day weekend with our 2 children at this spacious, spotless, meticulously-maintained property and we could not have asked for more! Privately tucked away from the hustle & bustle, yet a short drive from beautiful Goose Rocks Beach or downtown Kennebunkport, such a great location! Tracy's response time, communication, & willingness to accommodate us as her guests was exceptional. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

There are two flights of stairs to get into the property, which is difficult if you are not used to that number of stairs. I liked that it was nearby to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk, as well as near to biking trails. Very open floor plan, and helpful owners.

Anniversary Getaway

Renting this property to celebrate our anniversary was the best decision we made. This property is hands down one of the best we have ever stayed at. It’s super close to everything you would ever need or want. The home is comfortable, clean, modern, and just down right “homey”. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Answered my questions that I had within 2 minutes of asking them. We are definitely booking this property again!!!! Awesome experience.

Great home base in Kennebunkport

Tracy is one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. This studio is lovely, beautiful and comfortable. There may even be a surprise or 2 waiting for you! One example of Tracy’s above and beyond service: I left my fav fuzzy socks in the bed. ¯/_(ツ)_/¯ Ttacy messaged me with a pic and offered to send them to me. I got them ... washed!

Relaxing Retreat & Close to Everything!

The property is light and bright with beautiful decor! You have everything you need and a lush outdoor space too. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach (very pretty, calm water beach), Dock Square (great shopping) and many great restaurants. The Lost Fire (steakhouse) had the best filet mignon ever but the waiter made the meal the number one experience of our visit. Looking forward to booking again!

This was a great spacious, comfortable, clean loft space near Kennebunkport. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was great. It was totally as described in the listing. Check in and communication was really easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Maine bungalow in perfect location!

We had such an amazing time at this property, everything is clean and in good order. The shower and tub are GREAT and was safe for my 10 month old. My 3 year old had a great time learning to play Twister and we made campfires every night. It's a quick drive to all points of interest in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Please read the guide Tracy provides and heed her warnings on checking for ticks carefully. My sons and I used bug spray, but my husband did not and he suffered daily ticks when I checked him.

I am a raving fan of the outdoors and am inspired by all the amazing travelers that have stayed at Goose Rocks Retreat throughout the years. I live close by and am available as needed.

Goose Rocks Retreat was built on a parcel of land purchased close to the owner’s current home in Kennebunkport. The intent is to build a “forever” home on the remaining 7.5 acres deep into the woods. The Retreat lends itself to the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day rhetoric. If privacy, relaxation, and peace & quiet matched with fine amenities is what you are in need of, look no further.
