Heated hot tub and pool was great. The host was available every time I messaged with questions or concerns and fixed things promptly. Proximity to the beach was nice. Garage was stocked with everything you would need for the beach including bikes, golf cart (extra to rent), sand toys, chairs and beach mats. Kitchen was large to accommodate our group of 12. We would happily stay here again.

Jan is a fantastic host. She provides all the amenities you might need (bikes included!) and is very communicative. We contacted her on a question regarding the hot tub and it was remediated right away. Our 2nd stay at the house and it’s fantastic!

Great vacation home

We had a great experience, me and the family had no complaints, we received excellent communication from the Property manager and had a great stay/trip overall. The location of the property is great, you’re pretty much centered in Destin and have easy access to anywhere you need to go. The house is very large, plenty of space for the whole family.

What memories are made of!

Relaxing Vacation Destination

Perfect Week! Jan T and the house were both great. House has everything you could want. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Rooms and beds were all comfy. Pool was great for just relaxing and reading. Kids went to the beach everyday. Quick golf cart ride to drop them off and not a bad walk if necessary. Neighborhood is quiet and community center was great. Close drive to lots of restaurants and shopping (including grocery store). A all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Destin! This home was lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. The heated pool and hot tub were the highlights! Loved our stay. No issues with the home as the listing and photos are accurate. Quiet gated neighborhood. The pool was great for young kids and adult alikes. Plenty of pool floats, toys, towels available for use at the house (huge perk).

Jan was wonderful to work with. Had a conversation with her prior to the trip and she answered questions and gave ideas for our group. Property was as described and wonderful. The spa was a treat! Mini-moon

We had the best time at Jan's place. We went for a week, just the two of us, for our mini-moon. She has everything you need at the house, the spa is amazing, and we really enjoyed everything her home had to offer. There are several grocery stores near by and the beach is just a short distance away. The home was neat and nicely kept. Jan was very easy to reach when we needed her, kind and helpful. Welcome to Gulf Breeze Vacations in Destin! We have three 5b properties that are VERY close to the gulf; Ocean Retreat Villa, Southern Sands and Beach Walk!
I'm Jan - lover of food, travel, exercise and meeting new people. My husband and I have adult twins that live in Atlanta, and we spend most of our time in Destin.

The Destiny East neighborhood is an upscale, gated community that has amenities that are unique to this HOA. When you come through gate, the streets are lined with pavers and sidewalks that lead to the beach. From the house, you can easily walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the community pool, spa, gym, theater, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and sidewalks for walking, biking and running to the beach. There is a tunnel that is part of the sidewalk that take you below the road.
The house is centrally located to explore everything that Destin and the surrounding areas have to offer.

When you walk into the house, your eyes lead you to the view of the lanai, salt-water private pool and spa. You will love basking in this pool and spa while everyday life melts away. At night-time there are LED, multi-colored lights. You will love relaxing in the screened-in lanai in the day, and night time with LED lights.
There are many upgrades including; quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded tile floor in the master bedroom, new tile in the master shower and more.
The inside of this spacious house has an open concept kitchen, and high ceilings. The home is light, bright and airy with a lots of window and natural light. Plus, the two comfortable entertainment areas for your group/family to connect, gather and make memories.
