3 BR avec mezzanine Récemment rénové à Cranmore Birches

Ce condo a récemment eu une nouvelle couche de peinture, de nouveaux tapis, des fenêtres et des curseurs. Prêt à louer pour août et beau feuillage d'automne! À 5 minutes de Cranmore Mountain et du centre-ville de North Conway. 15 minutes pour Attitash / Bear Peak et Story Land. 5 minutes pour faire du shopping hors taxe! Condo isolé parfait pour les familles.

Premier étage Le salon principal comprend une belle cheminée en pierre, une cuisine bien approvisionnée, des curseurs vers le pont avec un grill et une table pour manger à l'extérieur et un demi-bain.

Le niveau supérieur comprend une mezzanine idéale pour se prélasser. Un lit de repos gigogne double, une salle de bain complète et 2 chambres à coucher avec lits queen size. Il y a aussi un matelas pneumatique queen size.

Le niveau inférieur comprend une chambre familiale idéale pour les enfants, une salle de bain complète, une autre chambre avec 1 ensemble de lits superposés et un lit double, une buanderie et un curseur de sortie. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur à explorer. La chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision connectée, d'un canapé-lit et d'un futon.

Great winter trip.

The condo unit was fantastic and was located next to Cranmore Mountain. The location was close to town making getting around very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

We have been going to North Conway for summer vacations for 20 years and have stayed at numerous condos. This condo was great and had everything you need, a great location too. It was clean and nicely decorated with tons of room. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Incredible value

The photos don’t do it justice. The condo is large, clean, and well stocked. Super close to many ski resorts and hiking destinations. Truly a rare find, and Joyele was very friendly/accommodating

We have always stayed at Lincoln NH or any close by neighborhood. And have always been summer vacation This time we did New Years and we choose North Conway. Omg we love it This house has everything you need. Close to everything and it has the most beautiful church near by too. Thank you very much for hosting our family we look forward for the next time

Clean, roomy and a great location

My wife and I stayed at this rental for a long weekend 1/21-1/24 and had a great stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable and if a larger group very roomy to allow people to spread out. The location is excellent with an easy drive to the slopes of Cranmore, the outlets at Settlers Green, Storyland for families and close to the shops in North Conway Center as well as Jackson. We loved having the fireplace to use as the wind-chills during our stay were about 11 below. Kitchen has all you need if you choose to stay in and cook. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to family and friends.

Solid place to stay

Super Clean place to stay bc you pay for a maid service to come after you've left. That hopefully means that it's clean before you get there as well - and it was. So I was OK with that. NOW - the bathrooms are old and I couldn't turn on the upstairs shower. And yes I saw the directions in the kitchen, but it didn't help. My elderly parents couldn't do it either. I have a degree but not in engineering. If you're renting out your condo, you should make sure this is easy to do - it's time to upgrade the shower fixture.

Perfect for weekend hiking trip

Very easy check in Friday afternoon. Nice and roomy condo for 8 friends to spread out, but we mostly hung out on the deck (thats where we ate every meal) together. Very quiet location but close to hiking, groceries, beer and shopping. I would highly recommend this place.

Great ski rental

Perfectly located for a ski weekend in North Conway area. The condo had lots of space for our group of 10. Great setup with the downstairs area for the kids. Clean and well stocked. Everything went smoothly with checkin and checkout. Thank you Joyele for a great weekend!

Great comfortable spot

Great spot. Comfortable to fit myself and 8 friends for a weekend snowmobiling trip. Close by to everything in North Conway. Would stay here again when I’m in the area.

I really liked staying there- Very spacious yet cozy. Decor was minimal (no dusty old things) but tasteful. Location is great. All we needed was more snow.

Wonderful Winter Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We have been up to this area several times this winter and this place met every expectation. The location can't be beat, less than 5 minutes to Cranmore Mountain and so close to everything North Conway has to offer. Check in and check out was super easy. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and the property was very clean. Everything was provided that we needed for our stay including towels, plenty of kitchenware for cooking and laundry detergent, etc. The only thing I would say that was somewhat challenging for us is that our kids are still on the younger side, so no one wanted to sleep in the bunk room, which is on the lower level. But with that said, we still had plenty of room for sleeping with the 2 bedrooms upstairs and the loft. And the bonus room on the lower level was an perfect for extra privacy, games. etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to be back!

Beautiful New England Getaway

The property was a picturesque New England winter getaway for our family of four with young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and the multiple levels, so our kids had space to bring toys and play when we weren’t at the mountain or in the backyard playing in the snow. Would absolutely recommend.
