We love Longbeach and have stayed there multiple times. This condo was showing its age and the couch had multiple stains and the sliding glass door was hard to open.But it was clean. Just needs some updating

Overall, this was a wonderful condo! Right on the beach, with a beautiful ocean view and large patio! A few things to mention is, if you have to get another parking pass, you do not get it at the resort itself like we thought. You have to go to another location to purchase. The Keriug coffee maker spills out all the water each time you use it, and I wish we would have had more utensils available. We had to go purchase some because there was a total of 4 forks and our family of 5 stayed there for 5 days. Aside from those things, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would book again!

Vacation at Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed staying in this this unit. Longbeach Resort is in a great location convenient to everything. And the beach area is really nice, not to mention the multiple pools! We enjoyed our stay!! I recommend staying at Longbeach Resort in PCB.

Several tiles in the kitchen floor broke within 20 mins of our arrival due to stepping on an area with buckling from previous water damage, i'm not sure why that wasn't fixed before our stay especially with how much we paid because it stood out and obviously needed repair so there is no way it wasn't seen by the inspector but we had to step over it for 9 days. The dishwasher needed some attention as well.. Other than those two issues the condo itself was nice and spacious, the ac worked wonderfully and the view was great! The host was also very easy to reach, check in and out was smooth.Some areas of the resort did smell like sewage for the first half of our vacation but luckily it never smelled in the condo.I will add though that upon arrival, we had to sit around for several hours waiting on an inspector to check the room, even though it was already clean and inspected due to being empty the night before we arrived we still had to wait. I feel like with what we paid for our booking we should have been able to get in and start our stay since it was completely ready.

We completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry these issues took away from what should have been a relaxing vacation. Having the kitchen tiles break shortly after arrival and having to work around the damaged area for nine days is certainly not acceptable, especially given the condition should have been identified before your stay. We also understand your disappointment with the dishwasher and the extended check-in wait when the condo was otherwise ready. Please know we take your feedback seriously. We’ll make sure the flooring and dishwasher concerns are brought to the attention of our maintenance and inspection teams so they can be properly addressed, and we’ll also review the check-in process to help prevent unnecessary delays. We’re glad the AC, view, spacious condo, and communication with your host were positive parts of your stay. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide you with the smooth, comfortable stay you deserved on a future visit. Great view and breeze!

Loved the location! So convenient to everything! Beach was clean and the water was like the Caribbean Sea. We love the Emerald Coast 🤙 kitchen was checked out and spacious. Loved that there was an ice maker too…very convenient.
