"KONA OASIS" au Kailua Bay Resort, situĂ© au cƓur de la ville de Kona, oĂč vous pourrez vous rendre Ă  pied Ă  de nombreux endroits, tels que des restaurants, des Ă©vĂ©nements locaux, des cafĂ©s, des discothĂšques, des boutiques et la jetĂ©e / plage de sable fin. Ce condo au dernier Ă©tage est complet avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin pendant leurs vacances Ă  Hawaii! 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 2 salles de bains, grande vĂ©randa couverte avec vue sur l'eau, excellente circulation d'air et climatisation dans le salon et la chambre principale. De nouveaux appareils et tous les nouveaux meubles en font un joyau incroyablement abordable!

Vous apprécierez la piscine étincelante & amp; spa avec barbecue et aire de pique-nique et parking gratuit pour un véhicule devant le bùtiment. L'équipement de plongée, boogie board, parasol et autres articles sont fournis.

Notre société de gestion locale est là pour vous aider pendant votre séjour.

Wonderful first time in Kona

It was a wonderful first time in Kona we had a blast brought the family for my daughters high school graduation trip and this place was great near a lot of stuff within walking distance very good communication with the host great place

Perfect Kona Getaway

Best location!

Our stay was great! The location was perfect! You’re right in the downtown area and walking distance to everything you need! The pool was a bonus and the place had everything you needed to for a wonderful stay.

Stay at Kona Oasis

Overall very positive stay at Kona Oasis. Great location for walking to shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable space inside. Perfect location in the complex with regards to the pool, hot tub, and grills. We spent a ton of time just hanging out there. Thanks for a great stay!

Oasis for cold northern travelers!

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Oasis. It should be noted earlier that you have to climb stairs to the third floor, including luggage in case that is an issue for some renters. Great accommodations, with lots of amenities! Loved the beach gear, great kitchen and laundry!

Spacious, convenient, and clean

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The place had a lot of room and all needed amenities. We really appreciated the beach gear: snorkels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella and cooler. Loved being able to walk to water front and shops and restaurants. Thank you!!

Kona is so beautiful!!!

This place was amazing. It had everything you possibly could need or use. It was in a great location. We really enjoyed our time here. I mean it had supplies we never even thought of needing. I hope we can come back soon. I highly recommend this place.

Good times

Our stay was awesome at this home! My son had the whole loft to himself while I stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. It was great, we had a view of the beach. It is exactly how it is described, beautiful!

Pros: Good location walking distance from beach and shops, clean, good contact with owner, easy checkin Cons: Upper bedroom/bathroom difficult to cool (no AC unit), third floor with no lift available only stairs.

Lovely stay in Kona!

Overall we had a nice stay in Kona. The property had a few helpful extras such as snorkels and flippers and beach towels and chairs to use. The kitchen was adequately equipped too. Our teens opted to have one sleep on the couch with the other in the double bed upstairs. Short walk to the beach & shops. Lovely coffee shop just up the hill before the highway. Thanks for having us!

December stay at Kona

The place is in walking distance from the local restaurants and a Safeway. The Walmart is close by as well. If planning to cook my suggestion is go the property to check the items that are in the pantry to avoid from buying items not needed. The convenience of having everything within walking distance is a plus.

Amazing Views

Took us a little bit to figure out which parking spot was ours because the painted numbers are very faded and hard to read. But the property was absolutely perfect! Great location, easy access. The pool was great. The views are amazing! Very cozy!

Aloha 2020 fun!

Loved it and perfect for our family

We were very impressed with the condo - it had all we needed and more. Lots of space to spread out. We got the upstairs cool by starting the fans/air-con as early as we could so it had a chance to cool before sleeping. Great amenities. Everyone in the complex was friendly. Good location - walkable to groceries, beach, restaurants etc. Would stay again. Thanks for the Aloha :)

Nice Place

I enjoyed the property. Just 1 piece of advice as a HVAC professional. The window air conditioners would work much more efficiently if they were placed in the Top portion of the window as colder air is heavier than warm air so it drops to the floor right away. That is why it is so hard to cool the loft bedtoom.

Decent Stay

I stayed at this property for about a month and the unit itself was nice, clean, and well kept. Many of the appliances could use repair/cleaning/updating but are useable. The condo property is relatively quiet and most of the neighbors are quiet and friendly. The location is within walking distance of many places in downtown Kona which was very convenient but the crime in the area was slightly off-putting. Also, ensure to bring all of your possessions into the condo at night and lock the doors as I had a bike stolen from the property even though it was properly secured on the rack. Otherwise it was a nice stay and I can’t recommend the Kailua-Kona area enough!!!

Walkable location but noisy

We had difficulty sleeping in the unit due to the street noise. Sirens and loud, racing cars and motorbikes were very loud in the unit at night when we tried to sleep. The unit was also difficult to cool. Located in a very walkable location however we did not feel safe walking after dark due to a large number of street people doing drugs and asking for money in the area. The unit was well outfitted with beach gear and we appreciated the amenities of the unit. The unit appears quite dated and had stains on the carpeting and a broken closet door leaning against the main hall closet. The management company was excellent and responded quickly to all queries.
