Construction de luxe à Tyra Riverbend sur Four Oclock Road. L'élévateur de flocon de neige est situé à seulement quelques pieds de la porte. Ce complexe est vraiment ski-in, ski-out (pas de monter la colline à l'ascenseur). Trois pâtés de maisons de la rue principale sur Four O'Clock Road. Great place! Very convenient location. Easy access to the lift in the morning and simple trail to ski back with a few steps yo get home in the afternoon. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back.

Everything overall was great. I got the assumption and it’s most likely my mistake that the Jacuzzi was attached to the property almost like on the balcony, but it was a community type Jacuzzi.

Condo was great! Very comfortable for our family and nice to have the three bathrooms. Great to have all on one floor and not have to go up and down stairs for separate bedrooms. Especially after a long few days of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and in working order. Large outdoor hot-tub on site that was clean and in good working order. Also an indoor hot-tub and sauna room available. Definitely ski-out with the snowflake lift within steps of the backdoor of the complex. Ski-in is a little bit of a chore, but was easier to come down the 4 O-clock run and walk across the street. Had to pole across two longer flat spots coming down the Snowflake path (but the view that way is pretty cool crossing the damn for the lake). Host was very responsive to any requests we had. Will look into booking again if we come back to Breckenridge.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful lodging with exceptionally good location. Clean, fully equipped kitchen for families who wish to make their meals. We stayed there with two families and it was perfect!

The check in process was extremely easy. We loved the ease of the keyless entry to the entire condo. The location was great! Walkable to town which was great because parking isn’t easy! The condo was clean, well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place for a family holiday

We loved the stay, it was super convenient to the lift, no driving required. It was so nice to be able to park in a parking garage also, didn't have to scrape windows before going anywhere. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and seasonings and all the pots and pans needed to cook for a large family. It saved money with meal times also because the kids would just ski home, eat, and go right back out after.

Great Condo, great location!

Spacious condo only steps from the lift; something this Mom really appreciated as I'm not a fan of carrying skis & poles. Condo had everything one could need for a great trip to CO and then some. We loved the heated floors, kitchen was well stocked, as were linens. Loved having an in unit washer /dryer. Location was awesome, Robin was great to work with and very responsive! Would absolutely stay here again and I'm picky!!

Best Ski In Ski Out Lodge

Hands down the BEST place we have stayed! We go to Breck every year and by far this has been the best location. Booking was easy with amazing communication from the property manager. She would reply to my message within the hour. The condo was spacious, clean and home like, and literally had all the extras there for you. If you needed something the property manager already thought of it and had it in the condo. Parking garage is heated, indoor and outdoor spa, and LITERALLY 5 MINS FROM CHAIR LIFT! We are already planning on rebooking again for next year! RENT THIS PLACE!

This is an awesome 3 bedroom condo! Stocked kitchen. All of the floors are heated which includes tile and carpet. It kept the condo warm! Beds were comfortable. It is spacious! The location was the BEST!!!! Walk out the door the Snowflake Lift which is centrally located to get anywhere on the mountain with NO line. Coming home from an afternoon of skiing is so easy too. Some complained about the flat part back down to Snowflake lift to get the the condo. It is work. BUT, the best and easiest way back to the condo is to ski down Four O'Clock run ALL the way to the little bridge that ends you across the street from the condo. All you have to so is walk across the road, so it keeps you away from the flat part of the trail!! Walking to town was also a plus! I will definitely stay here again! Our family has been coming to Breck for many years and this is for sure the best place!

Ski Adventure

This was our first skiing adventure outside of Michigan in "real mountains" and it was just wonderful. Fresh snow every single day, and not too cold! The convenience of walking out the front door and having the ski lift literally RIGHT THERE was perfection. Ski in/Ski out is not an exaggeration - staying here you are seriously spoiled with how close the lift is to your front door. And coming home is a breeze, as well. There were two options for skiing right back home again. Skiis don't come off until you hit the condo door. Perfection, I tell you. The condo is clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked. Beds were wonderful. Close to everything (ski lift aside - lol), it was very easy to make a short trip to the grocery store or to wander around the town for an evening. The only thing I found myself wanting during our stay was throw blankets! A few comfy fuzzy throw blankets to use on the couch or the super-comfortable chairs in the living room. We did search the closets for smaller blankets, but there were only additional bed blankets (large, heavy - perfect for a cozy bed, but not quite made for lounging on the couch). We did end up finding two that were folded up on the bunk beds, but I would humbly like to recommend getting a few more so there is ALWAYS a throw blanket within reach in that awesome living room! :) Fabulous place, fabulous location ~ I would absolutely return to this condo for future adventures!!

Location, Location, Location

Lovely condo (we actually liked the decor that other reviewers weren't sure about.) Robin was amazing, available, and responsive. Very accommodating. LOVE the keypad system. There was quite a bit of clutter in kitchen, closets, under beds, but they still left us with plenty of space to unpack. We will definitely be looking for this condo again in the future. THANK YOU!!

Location Location Location. Being a true ski-in, ski-out cannot be beat. No hauling your gear to and fro to start or end your day. Only a 10 min walk to town or quick bus ride or drive for some of the best dining experiences. Our building is a slice of heaven and our unit is something special, it’s a great layout with good space for friends and family alike. We’ve been coming here ourselves for +20 years and love that others get to enjoy it just as much as we have.

This is the perfect ski-in ski-out that offers great privacy without overlooking amenities and convenience. The lift is right out the back door. Private underground heated parking. Our unit is outfitted much like our home - fully equipped kitchen, with a french-door refrigerator, comfortable beds (replaced in 2022), down comforters to stay cozy, plush towels, fast internet, TV's throughout with hifi soundbars, new washer/dryer that offers steam as well.

The building has a beautiful spa with a giant outdoor hot tub, hot dry sauna, and steam room as well that makes it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. There are also two well-maintained Webber grills available if a char-grilled steaks are up your alley.
