We have been enjoying the beautiful Sapphire area for generations. When we purchased our own place at The Hilltop (the most breathtaking, gorgeous place in the world to us!), we decided we wanted to share this relaxing, amazing get-away with others. Bring your groceries to our spacious kitchen and don't drive anywhere! Cool summer climate to enjoy getting back to nature! The Breeze of Fresh Mountain Air Blowing Through the Villa when we choose not to use our Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Access to Private Sapphire Resort Amenities galore to stay fit in whichever ways you choose. Bird-watching—especially hummingbirds. Hiker-Nature-Bird-enthusiasts' paradise with trails and waterfalls galore: Whiteside Mtn., Panthertown Valley, Whitewater Falls, Glen Falls, etc.! Two living quarters (each with its own Central Heating and Air Conditioning unit, jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace) at either end of one-level house adjoined by central foyer allows for utmost relaxation and privacy. We love the large relaxing private back deck, the inviting rocking chair front porch and watching the hummingbirds from inside; the spacious Kitchen open to living room with gas fireplace, additional Kitchenette on B side, large bedrooms that easily accommodate King size beds (B side easily accommodates a Day bed with trundle as well), sleeper sofa in living room. Both large bathrooms have double sinks, jacuzzi tubs and private water closets. TV in both bedrooms and Internet Access throughout the Villa. Spacious Living with high ceilings and a large 50' Flat Screen TV. Large Dining Room Table that seats 6-8 people. Washer and Dryer. Carpet and wood floors throughout.
