Maison unique face à l'océan avec piscine, ascenseur à tous les étages et plage privée. Cinq chambres avec deux lits queen dans chacune et un maître roi avec jacuzzi. Décor élégant avec des chambres à thème reflétant les voyages internationaux des propriétaires. Deux vérandas vitrées, balcon, terrasse et véranda à bascules. Bar en bas avec grill et hamac. Grand parking asphalté. Une maison conçue pour le confort et l'élégance.

Had a great time at the Cobb house with my girlfriend's for the week. Access to the beach is incredible, the views are incredible. Also having a pool is a bonus. The house had lots of space so we were all very comfortable. Furnishings of all the places the Cobbs visited are beautiful. Lots of memories were made this year.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 14! There was plenty of space, everyone had their own bathrooms, rooms, and perfect communal space to gather. The furniture was comfortable, million dollar views, plenty of outdoor seating, and the pool was great. The location was only a short drive to downtown Myrtle Beach, which we enjoyed the private beach and quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay again!

This house exceeded our expectations on every level. You could spend a whole day just looking at the artifacts in the home. The pictures are accurate, nothing within the description is deceiving. Very spacious. Clean . Excellent communication with host. We had our wedding here and had so many places to choose from for photo oppertunites. The hurricane isaias didnt dampen our big day. Don't scroll past this diamond of a home. Quiet, ocean front paradise.

My family vacation just south of Myrtle Beach was wonderful. Ocean front with large windows for ocean views and beautiful sunrises. Large spaces for the family to gather as well as ample privacy.

Our stay at Cape Cobb was fantastic. The house was very clean and the rooms were great! Very easy walk to the beach and pool was great for the heat. Would stay again!

This isn’t just any beach house. This place feels like home. We walked in to an entire experience, not just another place to stay. I could have sat and admired the photo albums, books, global artifacts/collected treasures, and eclectic decor the entire vacation! This home and entire family will truly stay with me always. Great Beach Vacation!

We had a great week at Cape Cobb! The beach house was very spacious for all of us. Great kitchen and porch for dining and playing cards at night listening to the waves outside our door! We loved lounging by the heated pool also.

Cape Cobb Vacation

We were amazed at the beauty and spaciousness of the property. The closeness to the beach and the views of the ocean could have not been better. The pool was an added bonus. Probably the best placed we have stayed in all of our beach vacations.

Wonderful stay. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, spices along with basic starter supples such as toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. All questions were quickly answered. Each room with its own theme told a story. The pool was clean and the ocean view was absolutely amazing! Quiet beach. Loved all the comfortable rockers on the back deck. Great for watching the sunrises.

Top Shelf Property

Unbelievable house, furnishings, location, host, restaurants, golf, cleanliness, pool, etc, etc…… would recommend to anyone who desires “top shelf” accommodations and treatment. This is our fourth beach house rental and by far the best.

House is a perfect location for a beach trip! Lots of room & everything was as pictured. Property manager gave us all the info we needed prior to check in, but we didn’t need to contact due to everything being in good condition and as listed.

Great Location, Beach and Pool

Fantastic place for family and friends for a vacation. So nice to go from beach to pool and easily back and forth throughout the day. We used the grill multiple times and parents used the elevator all the time. Every room in the house is very unique and interesting. Owner was very responsive both setting up reservation and making sure our stay was comfortable, even checking in with us mid week. Would definitely stay again.

Great Beach home and location

We have just spent a few days and the views of the sunrise and sunset are just spectacular from the rocking chairs. The home is truly a living museum of the owners worldly travel. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Jack was very easy to contact and work with. We hope to be back to the beach soon.

My wife always loved the ocean so we built this home to spend time with our family at the beach. She did all the decorating and painted the murals you'll see in the Egyptian themed Master Bedroom. Our home is in Columbia so we are only about 3 hours away.
I lost my wife in 2020 but I love sharing the beach house with our guests. I get many compliments on the distinctive and different ambience she achieved with her design.

Our Beach Home is located in Long Bay Estates adjacent to the Myrtle Beach State Park and less than one mile South of the Myrtle Beach Airport. Very convenient to all of the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Less than one mile from the Market Common life style center with upscale shopping and numerous upscale restaurants. The Myrtle Beach State Park Pier is a short walk north on the beach. The pier is a popular fishing and viewing attraction. This year we counted 6 Turtle Nests along the shore. They are attracted to the quiet and privacy of the beach along the State Park.

Long Bay Estates is a small residential neighborhood with the ocean boulevard closed on both ends. We adjoin the Myrtle Beach State Park on the North end and the road ends at a camp ground on the South end. This results in a lightly occupied, nearly private beach. Very little traffic on the street so it's safer for children.
