Avec cinq lits queen-size et un matelas gonflable queen-size, il peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Situé à l'avant du quartier, il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied (0,5 km) de la plage de Scarborough. La plage est libre de marcher, mais si vous décidez de conduire, le stationnement coûte 15 $ par jour. Les serviettes et les draps sont fournis!

Outstanding stay! The house was fantastic, with everything we needed. It was super clean, close to everything and our host communicated with us daily to check on our stay. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay in the future!

My husband and I got married in Narragansett this weekend and were fortunate to find this beautiful property. The home was spotless, well maintained, and incredibly spacious with a bright, open layout. The amenities were excellent, and the thoughtful touches made our stay even more special. After learning we were in town for our wedding, the host surprised us with a bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Kristen and her group were amazing. We welcome all guests that treat our place with respect like they did. Everything was left is perfect order. They were very pleased with the accommodations and that is paramount too. Glad to share the beach home with them and would welcome Kristen again with no hesitation whatsoever.

The communication from Rob was excellent. He reached out to let us know when the house was ready and answered any questions we had immediately. The house was beautiful. Well kept and had more amenities than we could use in a long weekend. There was a gas fire table in the back yard and also a fire pit with wood included. The grill worked well and the shed was stocked with beach items. There was even a. Lobster pot in the shed. A nice extra because you can go down to the docks and get lobsters and other seafood. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the showers were great. This was one of the best rentals we have been to. Location was also easy to get anywhere. A little over 30 minutes to Newport, about 1/2 mile from the beach and close to all the stores including a Marshall’s and Stop & Shop.It’s an excellent choice while in Narragansett.

Amazing Stay!

This property is absolutely amazing. Upscale features, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable furniture for sitting and sleeping, beautifully maintained and inviting grounds, friendly, accommodating and generous owners, and everything you need (except for your personal effects and food/drinks) -including bags of ice in the freezer - to feel right at home. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this vacation rental!

This beach house was as described and more! Had a tiny glitch with the stove which was rectified within minutes of me texting the owner Robert. Absolutely spotless and well stocked! Hope to stay there again.

great summer getaway

Everything was just right. Clean well appointed well functioning home in great location - quiet neighborhood with access to beach and a trip across the bridge to Newport and short drive to Block Island Ferry. Lots of good local shops and restaurants are nearby, including farms with local produce. House was stocked with everything the owner advertised, generous with towels and bedding, and beach supplies, and games and even some books. The owner was exceptional with great communication and helpful with all our needs. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Ok, I am quite picky and spoiled when it comes to traveling and accommodations. This Narragansett house, rocks. Rob was fantastic as a host and made quick replies.HOUSE: .. very nice cape cod style house with a large beautifully layed out kitchen. Bright wide open living room and dining area. Washer / Dryer worked great.(I am partially handicapped and never went upstairs to look at the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom ... but, having the Master Bedroom and large bathroom DOWNSTAIRS was my main reason for selecting this house. The Bed was truly comfortable) ... Perfect room. Very happy.YARD: ... Outside is wonderfully landscaped. Quite large and spacious with a nice pergola / outdoor furniture sitting area / bbq / and an awesome firepit and chairs for cooking smoors with the family.HOST: ... Robert was great. Fast replies. Easy going. Pleasure dealing with him.LASTLY: ... There's a shed outside that Robert stocked with beach chairs, bicycles, supplies, firewood, extra house supplies / bedding supplies... AND ... there are 933 signs and decorations all focused on reminding you to have fun, enjoy your family and relax.So we did. Thanks Robert.

Beautiful House & Wonderful Host

We loved this house. Everything was great. The backyard and multiple fire pits were a huge hit. Robert provided everything we needed including lots of games for the kids. It was a perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Robert is a fantastic host and checked in to make sure everything was great. We enjoyed the quick drive to the beach and the awesome layout/decor. Can’t wait to go back!

Modern rental! Immaculate!!

Amenities were like a 5 STAR hotel! Great open floor plan for family gatherings! Owners take pride in property and were always able to assist with any needs! I would highly recommend this home😊
