Great place to stay

I stayed at this location last year and again this year in August I loved it both times will be returning next year this is my place to stay from now on in Panama City. A highly recommend this to anyone going to Panama City Beach Florida

Beautiful condo but door lock needs replacing

Everything about the condo is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The keypad on the door stopped working halfway through our stay leaving us stuck outside our room. I was eventually able to get someone on the phone who tried resetting the keypad but it still wouldn’t work. She had to finally give us the code for the lock box so we could get the key to use for the remainder of our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again once the lock has been replaced.

Ehhh- mediocre at best.

The place needs updating badly. The chairs were about to fall apart around the dining table
the ones on the balcony were busted beyond repair. The tv did not work in the living room and the screen on the sliding glass door was shredded. You could definitely tell it was corporate owned and not a family owned condo. We made the best of the week we had- the location is top notch! We wouldn’t rent here again but would definitely stay somewhere close by!

After reading negative reviews I was anxious about this rental but we were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, we were able to walk to multiple restaurants and the balcony was great We rarely had a wait for the elevators and parking was convenient

Great place, needed some TLC

Wonderful locale, beautiful and met needs; however, the battery for front door lock hardly worked and my husband had to fix the kitchen sink upon arrival as it wouldn’t drain and had stagnant sink water sitting in it. Now, upon stating that, property manager was responsive and we had a BLAST. The location and place is beautiful and we will be back.

Perfect

Booking was easy. The condo was very clean and maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook. I was in love with the furnishings and decor. Vacasa was very informative and helpful. This was my first time booking with Vasca and I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great Location - Not So Much Condo

Love the location is about all I can say about this property. I hope the owners put some money into this condo, too many things not working in the condo (refrigerator leaks water, carpet needs replaced, dish washer doesn't work properly, ...)

Fantastic location but needs cleaning!

The location was right on the beach but the condo needed some serious cleaning! There was mold in the vents, in the coffee pot & kitchen faucet. The carpet was too dirty to walk barefoot on, but the linen was clean & the price was good comparatively. Vacasa requested pictures which we provided.

Great location, great stay, communication could be better

We had a great time. Place was clean. Good amenities. Nothing wrong with the place and the onsite staff (that doesn’t work for Vacasa) was helpful. The only disappointment was that we were only left one parking pass at check in and after several calls on hold for 20 mins with no answer and a couple days of trying, the local staff had to call and track down our second parking pass...with the risk of being towed while waiting for it. I would stay at this property again for sure, not sure I’d book through Vacasa.

terrible cleaning service!

So many bug beds in both our rooms. I have a 13 year old and arrived with bugs. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and was only given 2 toilet paper rolls for two bathrooms. Highly unsantairy! I stayed here before last year and this did not happen. What happened? I would like to speak to an actual representive and do something about it.

Our worst 90-day experience in any condo rental

Our 90-day stay was never been without significant issues. Some were addressed promptly; other serious issues have only been deferred and are still outstanding while awaiting later resolution. Roaches; failed refrigerator / freezer that was not replaced; lights were either dim or burned out; flooring was filthy; the furniture was old and wouldn't adequately support an adult; the balcony furniture only consisted of plastic chairs; The communications were good initially but failed miserably the last month of the rental period.

Needs new management

The condo was clean and it’s in a great location, but it needs new management. Only 1 out of 4 outlets in the kitchen worked. The garbage disposal and dishwasher didn’t work. In the description of the condo and the email they sent me the day before stated 2 free parking places. When we got there there was only1. I contacted Vacasa through the 800# very nice people and they confirmed there should be 2, but the local management refused to give me one. I feel like it’s because of the local management that there’s so much wrong with the condo.

Nice place overall, but needs some TLC

Great view from balcony, lovely beach overall. Very nice pool area as well. Now the bad.... Carpeting in the place is long overdue for a cleaning. After a couple days, we noticed the bottoms of all of our feet were just black from walking on it. We checked other reviews upon our return home and other folks were complaining of this back in October at least. The Back bedroom is in need of a plumber as well. Toilet flushing succesfully on the first try was random. Also after taking showers it took a good 30-45 minutes for the water to go down the drain, and not exagerating! Kitchen sink also smelled like something was rotting down there. Would not take a lot of effort to get this place up to speed. Also trying to get in touch with the property manager was a challenge.

Don’t go there with Vacasa

We booked a memorial weekend for this unit 706 though Vacasa app. Checked in at 4 pm on Frist day to find out Vacasa didn’t have parking pass and pool passes set up for us. After 20 Emailed/phone call/ text to Vacasa customer services and 40 hours later we got our passes ( Not enough pool passes). Customer service did not return my phone called even they were promised me to call me back. We did not have chance to use The facility or the beach. Also worry about our car being towed because no parking pass. Asked Vacasa for refund and they don’t even answer my text. Do not use Vacasa Negative rating all the way. Property owners please drop Vacasa. Unit is good but the service is terrible by Vacasa.
