Ce condo bien approvisionné a été entièrement rénové et est prêt pour vous cet été! Cette unité de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain au 4ème étage a tout ce que vous voulez - Nouveau canapé, nouveaux meubles, nouvelles télévisions intelligentes, argenterie, literie, serviettes, décorations et bien plus encore! Peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes dans un lit king size (maître), queen (BR 2), 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre avec lits superposés (BR 3) et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nouveau chargement frontal W / D dans l'unité! Nouveau plancher et moquette. C'est le paradis pour vos petits!

Cette unité est meilleure que la plupart des autres unités Majestic pour de nombreuses raisons, notamment ...

*** Chambre principale et salon face à l'océan. Ces espaces donnent sur le balcon de près de 200 pieds carrés qui s'étend sur la largeur de l'unité!
*** Nouveaux meubles pour 2016, y compris canapé, chaise, table de salle à manger et certains meubles de chambre.
*** Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable
*** Nouveaux draps, y compris tous les draps et serviettes.
*** Nouveaux couverts et autres articles de cuisine.

*** 4ème étage - C'est, l'OMI, le sol parfait pour Majestic. Pourquoi? Eh bien, vous êtes assez haut pour avoir une belle vue, mais suffisamment bas pour que, allongé dans le lit du maître, vous puissiez voir la plage, la marée et la ligne d'horizon. Bien qu'il y ait quelque chose à dire pour les vues du 20e étage, l'inconvénient est que vous ne pouvez pas voir la plage réelle de votre chambre, et vous pouvez souvent rester coincé en attendant longtemps pour l'ascenseur. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne sont pas allés au Majestic, la bretelle d'accès au parking est au 3ème étage. Donc, étant au 4ème, vous avez les avantages des vues, mais sans toute la circulation qui accompagne les occupants du 3ème étage. Et, si vous décidez que vous ne voulez pas attendre un ascenseur, vous pouvez simplement prendre les escaliers un étage plus bas, et vous êtes au niveau de la passerelle!

*** Jeu d'arcade Megatouch (réglé en mode freeplay) sur le bartop! Ce jeu est des tonnes de plaisir pour toute la famille!

We had a fantastic stay at this 4th-floor condo. It was very well thought out, with great amenities and useful items that made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available for the family, which was a huge bonus. The host was extremely gracious, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. This was a perfect place for our family, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Our beach view was beautiful and the weather was perfect! The water in the pool outside was really too cold this time of year to swim in, but time at the beach was really nice and not too crowded. This condo and host was just right for our family of 4 adults and 3 toddlers and a 10 month old. He was quick to respond to every question!

This property was super clean, very comfortable and was perfectly located by the beach. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely recommend. Just follow all the instructions for check in and parking etc, and you will be fine. David was responsive when we reached out with any questions.

Loved the unit, loved the location. Great view from the balcony, so peaceful. Such a great perk to have beach chairs and toys available. Beds were really comfortable. Sandy beach very clean. I would definitely book this unit again if I make a return visit to Panama City Beach. Owner very responsive to any questions.

We had a great time! The condo was super comfortable and homey. We really loved having the beach towels and beach toys so we didn’t have to lug ours from home. The kitchen has everything like home. The host is very responsive and gets back to you quickly if you have questions. Overall we loved it!

Amazing location and views

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving this year. The condo was exactly as listed, clean, well stocked and the view was breathtaking. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our Thanksgiving dinner, well stocked. Beach chairs, toys, and beach towels were awesome! Beds were very comfortable. The resort was also clean, pools were nice and staff very friendly. We will be back!

Beautiful Stay

The condo was great for our trip. Fully stocked kitchen, perfectly clean, and beautiful views! I cannot say enough about how CLEAN the place was (sometimes hit or miss with rentals, so this was something I noticed immediately). We were in town for the weekend to compete in the Ironman race and this condo had everything that we needed. The host provided ample details for check-in and his communication was perfect!

Great Stay at PCB

Very effective and consistent communication with rental owner. The condo was perfect for our family and even came with beach towels, chairs, and various other beach accessories. very clean condo and kitchen had everything we needed. Only Downside is the elevators were always busy.

Very nice condo and very well decorated. Both king beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, just in case you forget something. All the beach stuff you need if you can’t bring yours. Large TVs , which is nice. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice and family friendly.

I really enjoyed staying here. They have a lot of extras that other places don't have, beach towels, toys, chairs and floats. We were there at Christmas and it is hard to pack all of that stuff + presents. If you have a baby, which we don't, but they have everything you would need too. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. They need a cookie sheet and some mixing been bowls though.

Fantastic Condo

Condo was exactly as advertised. We loved being on the 4th floor. It was right next to an elevator and the walkway over to parking garage was on 3rd floor. So if elevators were slow we could take the stairs. Owners provide beach chairs and beach towels which is awesome because we didn’t have to pack those. Owner was very fast to respond to any questions we had. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Pool was awesome and poolside bars also fantastic! We will definitely book again and already referred family to stay here!

Condominium Experience

The condo was very nice with newer appliances and great layout. The Master Bedroom was great with a huge bathroom. Loved the Wide Patio!! The view was great. Overall, everything was better the expected with the unit. Only negative was the elevator and pool entrance from the West side of the building was closed because of the renovation of the indoor pool. Not enough elevators for the overall capacity of the building. Great experience and again the condo was spacious, upgraded appliances, nice beds, CLEAN and great view from the patio...

My name is David Criswell, and I love Panama City Beach. I grew up in the Nashville area, and PCB was the destination for the majority of our family beach trips growing up. I vividly remember staying at Edgewater around 1989 (I was 9 years old back then), and I remember all of the great family fun that we had.

So, while there are lot of options for vacation destinations along the Gulf Cost, my heart was always in PCB. First of all, it's a convenient drive for those of us in or south of Nashville. Furthermore, PCB offers, in my opinion, WAY more to do than most of the other Gulf cities (Pensacola, Destin, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, etc). With me being the father of 2 adorable girls (ages 1 and 4), we love all the different options available in PCB including water parks, Zoo world, Other small amusement style parks with rides, including Pier Park, Gulf World, shopping, lots of great restaurant choices (including Saltwater Grill and Uncle Ernie's, which are my 2 hands down favorites), go carts, putt putt, and a ton to do all within walking distance!

In this unit, we have tried to go above and beyond many of the pedestrian beach rentals. This unit went through an extensive remodel after being purchased, and it shows. ALL new appliances. New flooring. New paint. New Smart TVs. Digital keyless keypad for entry.

We even include things like beach toys and towels - those little things that we know you will need and use, but would likely have to pack or buy once you get down here.

We also include a small fold-able stroller for a child. There is also a Pack 'N Play for your young children so you don't have to bring your own!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When looking for a new vacation condo, we had a lot of places to choose from, but, when we found this unit, we knew it was THE ONE.

First of all, Majestic has FAR MORE amenities than most of the other buildings, including a small shop downstairs for your essentials, a poolside restaurant/bar that is pretty darn good, A TON of pool and hot tub choices, a covered parking garage with an air conditioned overpass connecting you to the building, PERFECT location that is convenient to lots of activities, restaurants, and the basics (Wal Mart is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive).

Furthermore, there is no better level in this building than the 4th floor. It is not far from the ground floor should you want to or need to take the stairs. It's only 1 level up from the garage access. You can talk to people on the boardwalk from the balcony. But yet, you are still high enough to be up above everything and have the gorgeous views.

After remodeling when we purchased it, the unit feels like home to us, and we hope it will for you as well!!
