Booked this property last minute. Owner communication was very prompt. Property mgr greeted us and showed us around. Nice home worked well for our family of 10. Pool was clean. Campfire pit was great too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house in a quiet cove. This place is tucked away and has a flat driveway/parking. Bonus is that it is about 5 minutes from Walmart & the go kart places. Such a great location. The quiet cove was perfect and we appreciated the use of the paddle boat and kayak. The pool was cleaned daily by maintenance staff. During our stay a small issue was resolved very quickly. Plenty of beds and the wi fi was great. Would stay here again.

Terrific stay with everything you need! Great location too!

We had a group of 12 for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and the house was so easy to get to, and incredibly convenient in terms of proximity to groceries, nightlife and restaurants.Accommodations were very clean and everything was in great condition and plenty of room for a large group, especially with men and women on the trip. Great having plenty of living space and amenities to keep busy and having fun. Would absolutely recommend it!

Ozark Family Vaca

The house was great for our large family group! The pool was awesome, and we fished off the dock every day. Bill (owner) was very responsive to our questions and Bryan (maintenance) came by every day to make sure the pool was in good shape. I could definitely see us staying there again.

Family vacay

This is the first time I've rented a house through VRBO and was worried that what I saw may not be what I actually got. However, this property was exactly as it was pictured. Bill, the host, responded very quickly to any questions I had about the property. Our family consists of 9 adults and 9 children under the age of 8 years old and we we rented the house for 4 days. Since the beds in the loft area are queens the kids were able to share that one room. I wasn't aware that the bunk room was attached to the loft room, but the single adult was a good sport and slept in there. The house was well stocked with cookware, dishes, serving pieces and crock pot. Also, there was a generous supply of t-paper, paper towels ,dish soap and towels. Bryan, the caretaker was extremely helpful! After an 8 hour drive, I asked if we could possibly have access 30 minutes early because of our ETA. Within minutes he responded that he would meet us there at that time!! We had planned on renting the owner's boat for 1 day but it wasn't available. Bryan to the rescue! He got in touch with Karen from Rad Dad Boat Rentals to see if she could accommodate us. Sure enough, a boat was delivered that night for us to use. Thank you for the save,Bryan and Karen!! The house and pool are beautiful and would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we return to Osage Beach. It's location in a cove made it easy to use the paddleboard and peddle boat with the young kids.

Awesome Stay!

Loved our location in quiet cove - very private. Convenient location off the highway and minutes to restaurants, shopping a grocery stores. Management was super! Came by to routinely check the pool and if we needed anything! Would recommend!!!!

Relaxing

The Ozarks after basically half way point for our crew, the home was perfect for our family! The pool and dock kept everyone entertained. Plenty of towels and a good kitchen. Bryan the caretaker was very helpful!

Loved this place. Great experience!

Loved this house and pool. Great space. Bryan the caretaker did a wonderful job making us feel welcome and taking care of us. Very responsive. A little heads up. There are only 5 bedrooms which was an adjustment for us when we were expecting 6. There were however 8 beds. The fire pit was great and it was easy to rent the pontoon. Everything was clean. The t.v worked in the main room and main bedroom but need to add cable to the others. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

Located on the end of a finger of the Lake of the Ozarks

Great pool. Good alternative to swimming in the Lake. Boat Dock available. Kayak,Paddleboard, and paddle boat. Modern clean house. Good A/C. Good Wifi. Direct TV Pool Table and Ping pong in garage. Good Washer and Dryer. Large Kitchen and refrigerator. One of the upstairs bedrooms has 4 beds. Were able to rent nice 150 Hp pontoon boat thru manager Bryan.Bryan always available when needed for any issues. Good road access and close to many popular restaurants. Throroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to others especially if you're looking for a pool. Pool stayed warm without using pool heater.

Met Expectations!

The house was as advertised and expected in virtually all categories inside with the exception of a few light bulbs needing replaced and a towel bar being pulled partially away from a wall in master bath. The pool was wonderful and we rented their pontoon boat for a day and that was really nice and well maintained. The attendant of the property was easy to get hold of and responded immediately to all of our (few) requests. If we look toward another stay on the Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach, we will look to renting this unit again if available!!
