"Rooster Conch" est un joyau caché de Key West, situé peut-être au meilleur emplacement Niché au cœur de la vieille ville de Key West, à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street, vous êtes à quelques minutes de marche de tout ce dont vous aurez envie de vivre pendant vos vacances tropicales. Prenez le café du matin dans les rues de Cuban Coffee Queen, Starbucks et 5 Brothers Coffee ou prenez votre déjeuner et vos boissons dans des restaurants et des bars de renommée mondiale tels que Carolines, Fogarty's, Blue Heaven, Irish Kevin's et Sloppy Joe's. 10 minutes à pied!

"Rooster Conch" fait partie du complexe très prisé "Queen Conch" qui comprend 3 unités louables distinctes - "Sea Conch", "Rooster Conch" et "Horse Conch". Le complexe dispose d'un espace extérieur tropical à couper le souffle avec une piscine chauffée partagée par les clients. Veuillez noter que "Rooster Conch" propose uniquement le stationnement dans la rue. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit, mais peut être limité.

"Rooster Conch" est situé à l'étage du deuxième étage et est accessible par l'escalier situé du côté du bâtiment menant au balcon commun et aux entrées de "Horse Conch" et "Rooster Conch".

"Rooster Conch" comprend un balcon couvert commun donnant sur la piscine et la cour étincelantes. L'intérieur de l'unité offre une décoration adorable de Key West avec un mobilier coloré. Le salon à aire ouverte comprend une télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit gigogne, et de nombreux sièges pour vous et vos invités. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et repose sous des appareils d'éclairage suspendus.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre toutes les commodités de la maison telles qu'un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une cuisinière, un four, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière et de nombreux placards.

La chambre est dotée de son propre système de climatisation séparé et super silencieux, de ventilateurs de plafond, d’un lit queen-size confortable, d’un éclairage de chevet, d’un placard avec portes coulissantes en miroir et d’une salle de bains privative.

La salle de bain comprend une grande douche à l'italienne et est décorée d'œuvres d'artistes locaux.

Great Place

Wonderful place to stay. Area is quiet, close to everything, has a pool and bicycles for use. If there for Fantasy Fest you get to see the Saturday parade right in front of your place. Have rented twice and looking forward to renting again next year!

The Rooster Conch was absolutely magical for our honeymoon trip. The location to Duvall Street was perfect for walking or biking to fun spots, then retreating back home to a quiet, private home. The pool was the cherry on top. What an addition to have a deep, cold pool to relax in whenever you want. The grounds are tropical, shaded and well-kept. Will definitely be back to the Rooster Conch!

Excellent property with family

This rental was perfect for our family. I was beyond impressed with how incredibly clean the unit and property were. Great location. Only about a 12 min walk to Mallory square. We would definitely stay here again. Rental company was super easy to work with. Great job guys!

Backyard Paradise

Rooster Conch was fabulously decorated and a perfect location for our quick Key West holiday. The house was only a few blocks from all that Key West has to over. The property has a fabulous heated pool and enough seating for all to enjoy. The lush foliage that surrounds the backyard made you feel relaxed immediately.
