Récemment rénové avril 2019 Luxury Executive 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom situé à 1800 Atlantic. Il s'agit d'une unité Penthouse qui a été entièrement rénovée. Nouvelle cuisine avec Samsung Show Case "Réfrigérateur et four encastrable, lave-vaisselle ultra silencieux Bosch, station Keurig Coffee avec plus mousseux. Nouveau revêtement de sol, nouvelles portes intérieures, plinthes et garnitures, murs d'accentuation de recouvrement de navire et nouvelles couleurs de peinture Nouveau lit et matelas Murphy. Ce condo 1 chambre est considéré comme très grand selon les normes de Key West. Plafonds voûtés dans le salon et la chambre, 2 ensembles de portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur le balcon qui offre un aperçu de l'océan, lit king size et lit queen escamotable, grande cuisine bien équipée entièrement rénovée. Notre salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée en septembre 2016 avec une "douche à l'italienne pour couples" (les pommes de douche fonctionnent toutes les deux en même temps ou individuellement.) Ce condo offre une décoration côtière décontractée avec climatisation centrale, literie et linge de maison de haute qualité. Les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable comprennent un réfrigérateur, (avec machine à glaçons) une cuisinière, un four à micro-ondes et une hotte, un lave-vaisselle silencieux. Le condo est également équipé d'une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, 55 "Smart TV avec barre de son, 50" écran plat, câble HD, Internet sans fil sécurisé, téléphone local et interurbain pour les États-Unis continentaux et le Canada .... Nous incluons l'utilisation de 2 vélos pour adultes (la meilleure façon d'explorer notre petite île) et un stationnement hors route non attribué pour 1 véhicule! L'utilisation de la piscine, du bain à remous, de la salle de sport, du sauna, de la plage naturelle privée, de l'aire de pique-nique / grillade, des courts de tennis, etc. Le terrain est magnifique avec plein de petites surprises, ici vous verrez que les orchidées poussent sur les arbres! Ceci est notre petit coin de paradis!

The condo is worth every star! The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was exceptional before and during our stay. Having access to bikes and beach chairs was a nice bonus and the warm heated pool and hot tub were perfect for a day of relaxing. Everyone we encountered was very friendly--highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated — it instantly felt comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made it easy to cook and feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully set up for guests. We also loved having access to the two bikes — such a fun and convenient bonus! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much.... the rooster was purchased at an auction at the old Studios of Key West, the news articles behind it are actual articles that appeared in the local news paper over the years regarding the history of the chickens and the "Chicken Catchers" of Key West.... they make me smile, the fish are from upcycled metal roofing and the wood is recovered from the artist neighbors property after Hurricane Irma another Studio's of Key of Key West show and the bike is a 1960's Sears Spaceliner that we fell in love with..... the bicycle culture of Key West is certainly a big part of what we love about the place. Thanks for the great review. I just purchased the new dishes last season. We love hosting our family and friends when we are there and I felt it was time to replace our old dishes. The balcony has just undergone a complete restoration project and we love the new surface eliminating the need for outdoor carpets, reducing trip hazards. We will likely be replacing the seating on the balcony this season with 2 new comfy chairs ..... we love to spend our evenings out there. Hope to see you again in the future. Sherri

Sherri was amazing to work with! And to say her place is nice is an understatement. From the island decor, the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bedding, and the amazing partial view of the ocean , Attitudes is a gem! We loved having access to bikes for our morning exercise. The pool is so nice, with the ocean all around you. We also met alot of very friendly people in the building which was an added bonus. Highly recommend Attitudes at the Beach!

It's hard to get away from the Airport in Key West as the Island is only 4 1/2 miles long and 1 1/2 miles wide unfortunately that is part of the cost of living on a small island at the end of the line....glad you still gave us a 4 star rating. Sherri

The apartment inside was as it was described. The outside was not. It is not close to the ocean and it's extremely noisy all night long as it is close to a busy street. The biggest concern about this trip was how punitive and rigid the host was. After less than 24 hours we received a message regarding the air conditioning. We had just gotten to the apartment and we were going in and out from the outside balcony and also later we turned the AC down as it was set at 72 and was often 73 or higher in the apartment. I personally am going though menopause and we both like it to be on the colder side and since we paid almost 3k for 4 nights, I guess we thought we could have the temperature at a place that felt comfortable for us. What happened is that Shelley felt it was ok to send a punitive email stating that we would have to pay to fix the air conditioner if for some reason it broke. It was threatening and not necessary and honestly it dampened our mood on our first trip to Key West. There are many things to note about this apartment and it's location. It is far from almost everything you will want to do in Key West. The bikes are a very nice touch but if you don't want to ride bikes you will need to rent a car, golf cart or bikes in order to get around. If you want to be close to shops, museums and restaurants do not stay at this location. There is no natural beach. There is a pool that has some parts of it with a bit of sand with big rocks right in front of you.

We are Canadians and We LOVE to travel we've visited many different places over the last 18 years since we met..... Cuba, New Zealand, Korea, Spain, Germany, Holland, Ecuador, Scotland, Australia, New York, Florida, California, and Maine, and a 45 night road trip from Nova Scotia Canada to Alaska, USA and back. A 47 night adventure in South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia which included a 22 day motorcycle adventure and several safari's. We have also visited a number of places in our own country, Vancouver, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Montreal, Quebec City, PEI, Newfoundland, etc. It is always our preference to stay in a privately owned condo or cottage when the opportunity is available. We enjoy being able to have our coffee in the morning, having a fridge on hand for beverages and snacks and most importantly a comfortable spot to relax at the end of each day!

I have been traveling to KW for 39 + years. When we had an opportunity to view this condo we fell in LOVE! The large spacious layout is perfect for our extended stays. Allowing space for a dedicated work station for me. Being located on the Atlantic side of the island this is one of my favorite places to ride my bike with the wide bicycle paths that skirt the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is very relaxing and less congested than Old Town, the grounds are beautiful and we very much enjoy the pool, hot tub and natural beach area... this is our happy place.

Our home offers high end finishes including a deducated work area, gourmet chef's kitchen, spa like bathroom. High quality linens, memory foam mattresses, the grounds are amazing, Olympic sized pool, hot tub, private natural beach area and sauna are all highlights and if you want to 'play' at the beach Smathers Beach is just around the corner and offers you many options. We include 2 Adult Bikes, so you can see and feel the island like a local. You are never far from anywhere or anything. We prefer to use the bikes as our main mode of transportation when in Key West it is the slower pace that allows you to truly relax and take in all of the little wonders..... and there are no parking hassles.
