Ce bel appartement de deux chambres récemment rénové profite au mieux de son aménagement spacieux et ouvert et de son magnifique emplacement en bord de mer. Remis à jour par ses propriétaires, son intérieur distinct est fini selon des spécifications très élevées.

Chambre avec vue

Situé au rez-de-chaussée supérieur d'un petit immeuble, une fenêtre panoramique coulissante mur à mur offre une vue imprenable à couper le souffle sur la plage et la baie en direction du phare.

Lumineux et élégamment meublé avec un style contemporain, asseyez-vous et regardez les vagues méditerranéennes entrer dans le confort du grand canapé / chaise longue ou glissez-vous par la porte d'entrée et quelques instants plus tard, vous serez debout sur la plage.

L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres, chacune avec lits jumeaux et ventilateurs de plafond. Le salon / salle à manger est confortablement meublé avec TV satellite / DVD et lecteur iPod avec beaucoup d'espace pour 4 adultes pour se détendre. Une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, élégante et entièrement équipée avec un four / micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur combinés offre également une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée.

La salle de bain comprend une douche à l'italienne, lavabo et WC et machine à laver. Tout le linge est fourni, mais veuillez apporter vos serviettes de plage.

Largely open plan and modern with everything you need, beautifully sited by the beach

Nerja is a lovely Spanish town, with lovely views, walks, shopping streets and squares in which cafes and restaurants provide all kinds of food at reasonable prices. There are many places of interest, including vast caves, and several beaches. A super place to visit.

Beautiful location on the Sea

We had a wonderful stay here, the apartment was comfortable, clean and wonderfully located right on the sea. Located in a quieter part of Nerja, with access to long natural beach but within easy reach of tourist attractions and other beaches. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Immaculate property in one of the best locations in Nerja! Literally 1 minute from front door to beach!Very modern property with all the mod cons you need for your stay. I have to say, the bedroom ceiling fan is a game changer!Very good communication from the host, Jennifer, before, during and after our 2 week stay.I’ve holidayed in Nerja many times over the last years, and this is absolutely one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. A flawless booking!

Amazing

Wonderful place to stay, perfect location, sensational views and a short stroll into Nerja. You couldn't pick a better spot, the apartment comes loaded with everything you need for a relaxing stay, whilst quiet enough to be a little away from the main town centre. We wouldn't hesitate to go back, all dealings with the owner were excellent, Jenny was wonderful and knows how to do customer service with a smile!

Very nice

The view and the nearness to the beach are the most striking. But the apartment itself is also very nice. It has a lot of gear that you can use for your convenience at the stay. Jennifer is also very helpful and explained all we were asking. We had a wonderful time here

Great location, great size, great view

Great location, great size, great view. Jennifer was very helpful throughout. Only quibble is that there is no air con in the apartment, but the ceiling fans combined with open windows was just about OK. Other than that, it was perfect.

Fantastic apartment on the beach

This apartment is fantastic - clean and bright and really well maintained. It is perfectly positioned, right on the beach and the envy of loads of people walking by. The owner of the apartment was exceptionally helpful, providing friendly customer service and advice on nearby beach facilities, restaurants etc. and sorting out our taxi transfers. We would highly recommend this apartment and are going to book it ourselves again next year.

Superb outlook!

A great property. Open the sliding windows and you're practically on the beach. A home from home equiped with everything you'd expect from a holiday apartment. Very tastefully decorated. Hotel next door is available for wifi & has a swimming pool you can use if you buy a drink! Nice walk into town with its winding streets of shops, restaurants & tapas bars. We'll be back! Thanks x

Absolutely Perfect!

We've just returned from a weeks stay in this apartment, it's absolutely beautiful, the views from the living room are amazing. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very spacious living area and tastefully decorated. Jennifer the Owner is wonderful, very professional, provides great Customer Service. I would definitely recommend this apartment, suitable for all ages. We're a family of four and would love to return again soon. Thanks Again.

Awesome ocean view

Jennifer’s apartment is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, the bathroom boasts a hand held and rain shower heads and the bedroom is spacious and has great storage. But what makes this apartment even more wonderful is the front seat view of the ocean where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We never met Jennifer in person but she responded swiftly to all our questions. Thank you Jennifer!

Modern apartment with the ultimate sea view

From enquiry, booking, arrival and departure, Jennifer is the ultimate helpful owner. The apartment is as close to the beach you can get, with fabulous views across the sea. The apartment is of an excellent standard and has everything required for a self catering holiday. Yet within a few minutes walk are a selection of restaurants and supermarkets and the Balcon is only a 5 minute stroll away with an array of restaurants and shops. I would return tomorrow

A fabulous holiday

I would highly recommend this beautiful sea front apartment. Jennifer was only a phone call away and responded to some minor issues immediately. A home from home, not only do you have breathtaking views but the apartment is well equipped for all your needs. Maybe missing a microwave would be my only issue but only a tiny problem. Nerja is gorgeous. Don’t hesitate - get it booked.

Immaculate appartment right on the sea front

Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this brilliant apartment. The property is situated right on the beach with fantastic views both ways along the coast. It is the envy of many a holiday maker walking along by the sea. The apartment is extremely well fitted out and kept in beautiful condition. The owner keeps it bang up to date with new features having been fitted since our last stay and it is always bright and clean. The owner is extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. She will also arrange very reliable taxi transfers from Malaga airport if required. Overall we have no hesitation in highly recommending this apartment.
