Front de golf à Polo Ridge! Cette maison est située sur le parcours de golf de championnat Glenview. Vues sur le golf depuis les chambres, la cuisine et le salon / salle à manger. La propriété est si proche de toutes les commodités que Polo Ridge a à offrir. À quelques minutes des restaurants et des magasins sur la voiturette de golf 4 places incluse! La piscine est à 1 minute pour se rafraîchir. Cette maison a été mise à jour de haut en bas. Plancher en vinyle, plinthes, peinture neuve, granit, meubles, vanité, éclairage, fournitures de cuisine et plus encore!Il y a un plan d'étage divisé qui est idéal pour les invités. Le maître a un grand dressing et une vue fantastique sur le golf à travers la porte coulissante. L'une des chambres d'hôtes a également une porte sur la véranda. Le porche avant est blindé et il y a une immense véranda à l'arrière (14x36) donnant sur le golf. Il y a aussi une terrasse au large de la véranda avec un gril à gaz. La maison dispose d'Internet, du câble, d'un téléphone fixe et d'une télévision de 60 pouces. Des serviettes de plage, des nouilles plus fraîches et des chaises pliantes pour la musique sur la place sont là. Apportez simplement vos vêtements et profitez-en!

We were SO pleased with our stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable and VERY CLEAN and has everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent making it easy and convenient to do whatever you want to do. We enjoyed the back Lani very much - watching the golfers and just sitting and enjoying the view. Mark was an excellent host, and answered quickly any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful property and excellent location!

We were very pleased with our stay! The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The golf course view from the extra large lanai was fantastic! Fabulous location! Everything we needed or wanted was a short golf cart ride away. Mark, the property owner, was an excellent host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any needs. We would stay here again!

Don't Pass This One!

CLEAN, Beautifully decorated with new like furniture. Host is amazingly quick to contact! Huge Lanai. Loved the putting green on the Lanai. Has everything you need for an extended stay. We will rent here again.

Perfect stay in The Villages

This was one great house in The Villages. The location was very convenient to grocery….restaurants….other shopping…..pools and all the other amenities that you find at the Villages. The home is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard screened porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. Mark was an excellent host and helpful anytime I needed assistance with anything. I hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you Mark!

November 2020 Stay

The property is impressive, clean and updated. It has everything that you need including sharp knives and storage containers for leftovers. The fact that Mark has the paper products, laundry & cleaning supplies & bottle water stocked is exceptional. His policy of replace what you use eliminates purchasing all these supplies upon arrival. Mark is very attentive and willing to solve any issue. No question, I would stay again.

You couldn’t ask for a better owner! Supplies everything and checks in periodically to see if everything is ok! The newly renovated house backs on a golf course and is perfectly located in The Villages! The golf cart and daily newspaper is a nice touch! I highly recommend this place!

Great Rental

My wife and I were the first renters in this lovely home. The owner Mark was a pleasure to deal with and everything about this home was first class. Loved the view of the golf course from the lanai. Wonderful home and would certainly rent again.

View was amazing

The house was beautifully decorated. The view from the lanai was amazing. We spent a lot of time there drinking coffee, reading and having a glass of wine at night. The location is close to the swimming pool and shopping. The golf cart was a plus getting to the squares. The owner has thought of everything. They have pool noodles, beach towels and a cooler.

My mom and dad rented in The Villages for years and years. Now it’s just my dad so several years ago my Wife and I bought this house for him to use in the winter. Because of that we try to make sure it’s always in great shape and fully equipped so he can have the best time possible !

This location is so convenient. It’s super close to Publix, Ace , Walmart , Hobby Lobby , lots of restaurants and all the shopping that the Southern Trace area has to offer.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The golf course view from the back of the house is amazing. You’re directly on the Glenview championship golf course near the dogleg of the hole. You can watch shots to the green and it’s so wide open you have to see it to believe it !
