Great place to stay with even better location to be on the beach and close to town. We rented a golf cart and it was so nice to be able to drive it all over the island instead of having to use our car. We will come back to this Villa!

We stayed 7 nights and had decent weather for hunting sharks teeth at Fort Clinch. The condo was exactly as listed, from our balcony we could see and hear the ocean. The main beach was in walking distance and easily accessible. You can watch the sunrise fromm the balcony or from the pool area. The elevator made unpacking and packing easy. We enjoyed our time in the evenings on the balcony relaxing and listening to the waves.

We had such a wonderful stay at Amelia Beach! The condo was right on the beach and had absolutely everything we needed—and more—for both the pool and beach. The pool was huge and never felt crowded during our entire stay, which was a huge plus!Our host was wonderful and very thoughtful. She reached out the day we arrived to let us know we could check in anytime, even earlier than the listed check-in time, which was so appreciated after traveling (with 3 kids). She also checked in with us the following morning to make sure everything was going well.The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend! 🤍

Peaceful, wonderful views, and access to beach

This was a wonderful place to stay. Easily accessible and quiet building. The ease of getting to the beach and area restaurants was great. We saw the most wonderful sunrises every morning.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was quiet, well stocked, and provided beautiful sunrise views. The beach was uncrowded and our daughter was able to collect a great assortment of sea shells. We would definitely stay here again.
