Bienvenue dans notre cottage de 1920 rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©. NichĂ© dans le sympathique hameau de Palenville. Cette maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e maison est situĂ©e entre Saugerties, Woodstock, Catskill et Hunter Mountain. Nous offrons un roi et une chambre queen, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et pour votre dĂ©tente, nous vous offrons un bain Ă  remous. Notre rĂ©gion offre une abondance d'activitĂ©s rĂ©crĂ©atives ou simplement vous asseoir et profiter des vues magnifiques et des sons de la nature. Nous sommes Ă  distance de marche des sites de baignade de la rĂ©gion, des restaurants et du parcours de golf Rip Van Winkle. Un court trajet en voiture de la sortie Saugerties ou Catskill Thruway. Il y a un foyer pour les nuits fraĂźches, pour vous asseoir et rĂ©capituler votre journĂ©e. Il y a des sentiers de randonnĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© et le parc Catskill est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. We arrived in the evening and the house had lights outside which looked very festive. The inside was festive as well! The house was very clean, well organized, had everything you could need, comfortable beds, and an amazing hot tub! We thoroughly enjoy our stay! It snowed a couple days and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. And sitting in a hot tub while it is snowing is a must do! So much fun! Thank you Anita for letting us stay at your place!

This property was perfect for our needs. Close to where our kids and grandkids were staying as well as many opportunities for exploring the area. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable. I will make this place a favorite.

Weekend Vacation

We had a completely relaxing vacation weekend. The house and location were beautiful. We loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

It is the cutest place. The house had everything we were looking for and more. The host is so sweet. We were visiting relatives in the area and the house was centrally located to them and hiking. We will be planning another trip in the next few months. We hope we can rent this house again!

Perfect Spot

Very nice home!

This property was very nice; it really did feel like a home away from home....very clean, all the things there you needed, and Anita responded whenever we needed her. We visited several spots nearby and enjoyed our weekend!

Perfect location near Hunter Mountain

Cozy Catskills getaway

We had a perfect long weekend getaway in the Catskills. Super close to ski at Hunter mountain and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and sleeping was a dream! Highly recommend to all!

Such a perfect little place to getaway

The home was lovely, tucked away at the base of the mountains. So nice for a couple or small family and there’s lots to do nearby. Anita was very responsive and the home had such sweet personal touches. Loved the hot tub and fire pit in the back!

Had a great time, the house was perfect and we got a nice snow storm while there me they were quick to have someone come and snowblow the driveway for us. I’d definitely stay there again and would highly recommend

Local Weekend Wedding

Perfect Property for a weekend stay. Home was beautifully decorated. We were might with Fresh Flowers and even some extra amenities due to the weather. Hot Tub was a nice touch after a long day. Would without question book again the next time we are in the area.

This easy access rental was everything expected by title. Hot tub is private, all amenities new. Good food and Saturday night live music at restaurant around corner and quick access to hiking /skiing trails and Woodstock make it “a find” for couples.

The property is marvelous! Clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and accessible. The manager/owner was super responsive and helpful. I just wish we were there for longer to fully appreciate the amenities. Ok

We love this house!

This was our second stay at “our little house in Palenville” as we have fondly named it. My husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay on our way to our camping trip, just for one night. Anita was gracious and flexible and allowed us to rent for the night last minute. We were so thankful and so loved being here again. We cooked dinner and then because the rain stopped we were able to hang out in the hot tub! Then just relax in the house. The beds are so comfortable. Everything we needed was there to make our overnight stay like our second home. We highly recommend this lovely craftsman cottage and will be back again and again!

Great cottage

Wow! Wonderful, comfortable, super clean, well decorated home. Once outside you can hear the local running stream. So peaceful. Eat at restaurant Red Onion, great food but reservation needed. Must visit and experience Olana and Opus 40. Opus 40 particularly beautiful and inspiring, America’s Stonehenge. Their guided tours at both locations are totally worth it. Only small complaint is there is no cable TV at the cottage. Couldn’t watch baseball playoffs but I lived!
