Its light blue exterior with white trimmings shows off true coastal sophistication, and the interior is no different! With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this residence can comfortably host up to ten guests. Upon arriving at this delightful home, you are greeted with a cozy veranda out front. Here, you and your guests may enjoy a refreshing drink while sitting in the comfortable rocking chairs and breathing the Gulf-fresh air. Before you escape to the deck for some downtime, though, be sure to check out the spacious and homely interior.

The bright living area is characterized by soaring cathedral ceilings, sunny windows, and tropical décor. Coastal elegance extends to the seating ensemble, which is made up of a white couch, matching loveseat, and a nautical blue sofa. This provides a great gathering spot for casual conversation, and also faces a TV for evening entertainment. The homes open floor plan flows from the living area into the dining room, which features a large table flanked by eight chairs. An open kitchen looks out over both the living and dining rooms, giving the space an even larger feel. Stainless-steel appliances and a granite-topped bar provide the necessities for cooking up a seafood dinner for your guests. This level also features a king primary suite with a walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The remaining bedrooms are found upstairs. A second primary suite not only boasts an incredible king-size bed, it also features a chic beach vibe, a romantic balcony with seating for two, an en-suite bath, and a TV. One guest bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the other includes two sets of twin bunk beds. The stylish bunk room features a wall-mounted TV with a convenient HDMI wall connection and power outlet for your favorite gaming system. Both guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a walk-in shower and separate vanity sinks.

This private pool is covered, and also features an additional outdoor kitchen, living, and dining area. Instead of taking all your meals indoors, cook up a backyard BBQ and then go for a swim!
