Entrez dans ce sanctuaire luxueusement dĂ©corĂ© avec tous les nouveaux meubles haut de gamme. Toutes les attentions ont Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©es pour que cet appartement ressemble Ă  une Ă©vasion sur votre propre Ăźle privĂ©e. Les propriĂ©taires ont pensĂ© Ă  tout, tout en rĂ©novant chaque surface de cet adorable chalet. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e, appartement d'une chambre Ă  coucher est parfaitement situĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de Butler Avenue et Ă  quelques pas de la plage - 4 bĂątiments pour ĂȘtre exact!

Le salon aménagé avec goût vous accueille avec de beaux détails en bois naturel et une décoration à thÚme nautique, complétée par des murs à rabat. Le coin salon comprend un canapé confortable et une grande télévision à écran plat. Prenez vos repas à la table à manger pour deux à la hauteur d'un bar. La cuisine conçue sur mesure comprend un réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre, un four et un micro-ondes (sans lave-vaisselle). La toute nouvelle cuisine et salle de bains ont des accents de carreaux de galets océaniques avec des éviers en bois naturel et en cuivre. La salle de bain est dotée d'une douche à l'italienne en verre qui confÚre à cet espace une sensation de détente et de style spa. La chambre est nichée à l'arriÚre de l'appartement et est dotée d'un luxueux lit king-size Sleep Number, pour une nuit de sommeil parfaite.

Cette maison appartement est petite, mais Ă©lĂ©gante, et tout simplement parfaite pour deux adultes. Pas besoin d'inventions de noix de coco, cet endroit a tout le confort de la maison, il vous suffit donc de faire semblant d'ĂȘtre coincĂ© sur une Ăźle tropicale inconnue. Vous serez Ă©galement situĂ© juste en face du parc Memorial, oĂč se trouvent notre bibliothĂšque, le YMCA, des stations de cuisson au charbon, ainsi que des terrains de tennis, de basket-ball et de volley-ball sur sable.

This weekend was a big Birthday for my wife and I wanted to give her a beach experience she would remember. The location and the quaintness of Gilligan's Island let me pull this off very well. She was so happy, it reminded her of our Place in Huntington Beach before we moved to North Carolina 8 years ago. It was easy access to everything Beach, restaurants, shopping etc. What a Sunrise!

Awesome 4 days! Loved the property and Chip and Judy were very accommodating! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people and very close to the beach. Will be going back in the near future!

Anniversary trip

The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Our electronic door battery died and Tybee Vacation Rentals jumped right on it! It was replaced before we even got back from the beach. They were professional and easy to work with! Definitely recommend renting with them!!

Perfect for two

The only issues we had were that the tv did not work for us the whole time and there were several roaches, we did not eat in the condo at all due to this but honestly did not plan to anyways, location is very small and connected to a larger home we’re the guest we’re a little loud or maybe the noise came from being so close to the street but honestly it was fine

Quite. We sat on the porch at night, it was nice and peaceful. Nice breeze blowing, nobody bothered us. Met the property owners very nice. Would recommend this property to anyone who just wants to get away.

FLOORS WERE NOT LEVEL. ONLY ISSUE WITH PROPERTY.. BUT WHOEVER SUPPLIES THE TOWELS AND SOAP ARE LACKING. LITTLE TINY BAR OF SOAP WAS USELESS. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS AND HAND TOWELS. CHEAP DISH WASHING LIQUID. SHOULD SUPPLY DAWN.

Super cute and perfect for a couple

Gilligans island is a super cute converted garage, it is well appointed and perfect for a couple. Steps from the beach and private parking. Large tv and very comfortable. I highly recomend.

We enjoyed our stay, but the closeness of the road was loud when cars would speed down the road. If you are wanting quite, you might want to look down the road a bit.

Fine Until...

This property was mostly as advertised. We were a bit shocked with how close to the road it was. We knew it was a "cottage at the back of the owner's property" - we didn't know this meant converted cement garage attached to the owner's property and we could hear them above us at night. Actually woke us up a few times. Still mostly very clean and cute EXCEPT ROACHES! I was ready to say I would possibly stay here again until the second night when my husband was walking from the bathroom back out to living room and yelled "Roach!". I am terrified of roaches. He immediately tried to back paddle and say it was probably a little spider. Damage was done and I didn't sleep all night. Got up in the morning turned on every light and cautiously made my way into the kitchen, Turned on water for coffee and nearly flung the pot across the room. Roach scurrying around the kitchen sink! I think I screamed loud enough to wake the neighbors. We are very careful with food. There was no food on the counters or in the cupboards. Any food that we had with us was in the refrigerator from the moment we arrived. No, no, no... you need to get rid of the bugs. And fix the linoleum in the kitchen. I almost cut my barefoot with the piece that was sticking up. Bed was comfortable but very little sleep for me. Also, other VRBOs we have stayed in have left little treats such as keurig kcups and/or small bottles of prosecco. No little treats in sight... disappointing. Still, it would have had at least 4 stars if not for the bugs...

Very nice but could invest in spraying the building

The home was very cleaned it was beautiful the shower was my favorite but upon it being my favorite until I came across 2 roaches on my wash cloth which grossed me out we came here for my husband 45th Birthday getaway during our stay I went to use the restroom and found to roaches in the kitchen by this time I couldn’t hide it from my husband I yelled and told him what I saw that Saturday night we decided to move all of our belongs in the truck and just get them as needed I didn’t sleep very well during our stay because of the roaches but the place was beautiful but I feel they need to spray between every guest to make there stay comfortable.

Time travel

This was my wife's and my first apartment together when we got married. I recently surprised her by taking her back for a stay to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. Needless to say, it has changed a lot - it used to be a bit of a dump. No longer. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in and out was simple, and of course the location is perfect. Very small quarters, but one can think of it as cozy.

Comfortable place for 2!

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights as a girls trip. We had a great time. Check in was easy and apartment was available earlier than expected. The decor was cute, bed was comfortable and kitchen was stocked with needed plates, silverware, etc. The property is off of the main drag, however, we had no issues with noise. Tybee Beach is a very short walk from the apartment. My only suggestion would be to include more towels for longer stays. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would stay here again!

If you like staying in your parents basement then this is the place for you

Online photos were deceptive and misrepresented. What seems like a cute bungalow/cottage is actually the owners basement/former garage. The whole place runs downhill from back to front. All the furniture sits crooked. Felt like I could roll out of bed.. Added coasters under one side to attempt to stabilize.. Although recently redone many details were unfinished or not thought through. Floors were separating, trim was missing,, light switches were mislabeled or hidden behind fake tree, shower head couldn't be angled properly. This place sits right along busy main road. Trash cans right outside bedroom window. Can hear owners talking and leaving their place in stair well. Towel supply only enough for 2 days. Must travel to rental office for more.

Tybee Time

We enjoyed our stay. Close enough to the food and shops to walk or drive. Only a short walk to the beach. It is right off the main drag (Butler Ave) but didn't hear much traffic at night. I think the location is just far away from the south end to alleviate the younger crowd issues with noise but close enough to walk a few blocks if you want to partake in the festivities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Judy was very nice and greeted us on arrival and let us know she was there if we needed anything. We had to contact the property rental office as well a few times with questions and they were very helpful and quick to respond. We will be back to Tybee for sure!

Perfect weekend spot!

We had a great weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. Gilligan’s Island was the perfect spot! Enjoyed the beach and restaurants we could walk to! Hope to visit again!

Super small , poor location

This property was very outdated outside with no curb appeal. It sits right next to the main road through town and was noisy. Once you got inside it was quaint, decorated very nice and clean. There was no room in bathroom for 2 people to be in there at the same time and no mirrors or lighting in the house to put on makeup or fix your hair. The bed was a sleep number which was a nice surprise so sleeping was good. There were no closets and the one area that had hangers in it was dark and creepy. We tried to spend as little time as possible at the rental as there were so much to see on the island. It was an ok rental but for the fees amd money we paid we thought it was over priced . if we ever return to Tybee we will try a more modern accommodation and better location. 3 stars ***

Property was perfect for our needs and Gilligan's Island Title drew me in. Love the rustic touches throughout the cottage. Felt like being at home.

Great Stay

This was our first getaway since the pandemic began and it was perfect! The property is just as described and we were just feet from the beach and swing. We both agreed that we would not have a problem with booking this property again.

Great Location and Cozy spot for our week getaway

My husband and I just left Tybee and the Gilligan Cottage. The listing was as pictured and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. It’s right between the south end and north end. We walked pretty much everywhere which was nice! It is owned by a Rental Property and they were nice to work with. We needed extra towels midweek and they were accommodating. We did Miss the personal touches of the property being owned by a person vs company - they have all basic necessities but it would have been nice to provide a couple of beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray etc. we flew so we were unable to bring this ourselves. But we were able to pop over to a local store and purchase bug spray and a beach blanket. We didn’t need towels as the ocean was a bit cold for us! Overall the property was clean but the couch needed to be vacuumed better - there was debris from previous guests. Didn’t bother us much but something to focus on when the cleaning crew comes! My husband suggests adding a rug to wipe sandy feet on. The location is next to the main road but we were surprised at how quite it was. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would return. Thank you!
