Construite en 2018, cette nouvelle maison est joliment décorée et meublée avec de nouveaux lits (Casper), une nouvelle literie et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La maison est configurée en 2 chambres + 2 salles de bain. La 3ème chambre est aménagée en bureau mais peut être aménagée avec un matelas pneumatique queen, si nécessaire.

Delightful Durango

This was the BEST stay on whole 9 day adventure. Home was clean and guest information provided was excellent. My only regret was not staying here longer. Definitely want to come back and have a long stay here.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home with very spacious family room/kitchen/dining and very large bathrooms. Very clean and we had a fabulous time there as a family right after Christmas!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay. Home is outside of Durango, but not a bad drive at all. Across the highway from a nice grocery store. Enjoyed the a/c units in two of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this home!!

This was our second time staying at Mike's home and it was wonderful. Communication with Mike is excellent and he takes extra steps to ensure a great stay--reaching out to see if we had any special requests before our arrival. We will be back!

The property was so clean and it was so well stocked with everything we needed. The gas fire pit and the gas grill worked well for our needs. And above all the views off of the back deck are just amazing. Location, what can one say, the hot springs just down the street and the downtown area just minutes away along with wild to mild rafting so close.

Beautiful Home

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! I We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!"

Excellent property and location. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning (at least we couldn’t figure out the AC) which occurred during a late summer heat wave.

Very enjoyable experience

The property was very clean and pleasant. Having dinnerware and kitchen utensils was wonderful as we cooked several meals there. It took us a bit to get the hang of using the stove and adjusting temperatures. Mike was very quick to respond when we had trouble getting on the internet.

Wonderful home!

Wonderful home. We stayed 3 nights and attended our nieces' wedding. We were just minutes from the wedding venue. The house was very clean and well supplied. Lovely outdoor patio with a great fire pit. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adults and one 19 month old (with host permission) and the house was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Mike is a great host. Thank you!

Great home!

The home was beautiful! The communication with the owner was excellent as they were extremely responsive. The pictures in the ad should be updated, however. As others have stated, the area is increasingly crowded, with the backyard patio of the nearest neighbor about 25 feet away, with new construction about 15 feet outside the master bedroom.

Clean, well-appointed home in a beautiful location

Mike's home is brand new, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and the open living space is airy yet cozy. Communication with Mike was outstanding. He is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. He had coffee, cream, delicious treats from PJs gourmet grocery store and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. (PJ's is across the highway from Mike's home.) Thanks for a great stay- we'll be back!

Clean and Homey!

Michael's property is brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for three couples staying in Durango for an August wedding. One of the rooms does not have AC (which the listing specifies) but we didn't find that room to be too warm at all, even in middle-of-August! The Kitchen is stocked with a Mr. Coffee pot and has all the dishes and cooking supplies we needed to make breakfast. The laundry room was also stocked with Tide Pods so we were able to do Laundry. All of the instructions are included by the property owner in an easy-to-read manual and the host was responsive and accommodating! I searched pretty hard for the right property for our needs and we couldn't be happier with Michael's home! Plus all of the furnishings in the place are so fun and personal. I would not recommend staying here without a rental car or other vehicle.

It's the little things that count.

The home is very nice and comfortable. However many little things led us the 2 star rating. There is no cable or satellite for the tv's. While the listing does not say it has this, there was no misrepresentation, we believe access to network tv is very important. Streaming is fine but we really missed access to network only sports programming. Other little things that would have made our stay more pleasant: no hairdryer, only 1 hand towel in each bathroom, no tissues, no shower soap in 1 bathroom, no grill, fireplace didn't work, had to hunt for the welcome/instruction sheet (in utility room drawer), had to call for paper towels. We've stayed at many other VRBO rentals and have always been greeted by a welcome basket or welcome gift. Perhaps we've been spoiled but nothing like this awaited us in this home.

Please know that I have made numerous upgrades to address your comments: Guest binder with stay details, coffee bar with coffee/tea/sweeteners, hair dryers and multiple hand towels in each bathroom, soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. Perfect!

This house is probably one of the nicest, cleanest, well supplied, and comfortable VRBO accommodation we have ever rented. Our group felt very much at home and appreciated being able to relax and gather outside on the deck after a busy day of touring. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Durango area.

Great location and well appointed

Communications and directions were great. Michael responded promptly to any of our inquiries. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access from the main highway. Property was spotless, well appointed and had most of the items one would need if cooking. Both bathrooms had double sinks and large counters. The stove was nice but read directions before using to reduce confusion of how to turn a burner on. Overall this is a great property for either a friends or family group.

Everything mike’s house has to offer is awesome. Great location just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Durango. House has everything you need and was very very clean. Mike was great at communicating. Will stay again!

Hermosa Creek ride

This was our second stay at this property. It’s close to Dalton Ranch, quiet, clean, and accommodates a decent size group. We prefer staying away from downtown and this is a perfect location.

I purchased this house because I love Durango and the San Juan mountains! This house is about 10 miles north of downtown and centrally located for access to Purgatory, Silverton, the Colorado Trail and the high passes. The home is well furnished, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and private. I really enjoy sitting on the covered porch at the end of day.
