Notre townhome Crimson Cliff (Unité 5) est située près de la rivière Animas, à seulement 4 miles au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 40 km de Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutes). Cette maison offre un emplacement idéal avec une vue incomparable sur la vallée de la rivière Animas et un accès immédiat à la station balnéaire sans avoir à traverser la ville pour accéder aux sentiers, à la forêt domaniale et au domaine skiable.

Le chariot Durango s’arrête devant la maison toutes les 20 minutes, ce qui permet de se rendre facilement au centre-ville sans avoir à conduire ou à se garer.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme, dont un gril à gaz sur la terrasse de la cuisine et la climatisation centrale pour les chaudes journées d'été.

Le complexe Crimson Cliff comprend un parc privé avec terrain de volley-ball sur sable, des équipements de jeux, un mini-golf de neuf trous, un petit étang, un foyer et une piste de gravier autour du grand gazon.

I was very pleased with the property. Very clean and well decorated. Everything worked great and it was nice to be able to use 2 car garage. The Durango Silverton train daily drive by was a really cool (and unexpected) experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend stay

My sisters and I had a great weekend visiting relatives in Durango and this unit met all our needs. Lovely spot, well stocked kitchen, nice large living area, comfortable beds, responsive hosts. We have rented from VRC before and have never been disappointed

Perfect In Every Way!

This was an absolutely lovely property! It had everything we needed and more. It is well appointed, comfy, and teeming with charm. We got there at the beginning of Train Season and were thrilled to see the Durango & Silverton line right outside the patio window. This is the perfect location for your escape!!

Great Townhome!

The property was beautifully furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, location was good, nice views out the back to watch the train go by, and this was the second time we have stayed in this particular unit.
