You will be close to everything when you stay at our brand new sunny Farmhouse style East side of a DUPLEX with a large yard and 2 private entrances that are keyless entries.
Perfect for families, reunions, remote workers and anyone who wants location, location, location in the heart of old town Durango! You will love the spacious open floor plan, large front porch with patio furniture, with everything you need for a great Durango Home Base vacation. Cats not allowed, dogs welcome.

We loved this place! Super clean, spacious and incredibly well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the throw blankets in the living room. Great porch for hanging out and only a couple of blocks to Main Street. The host was very communicative and hospitable. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to contact manager for any questions or concerns. One of the best parts was the fantastic walkable neighborhood a few blocks from old town. There is a fantastic front porch I could have stayed on the entire time. Many conveniences like hooks everywhere. And coasters everywhere. Every little detail was thought of. I really enjoyed staying there. Close to river rafting, the train ride and hot springs. Also plenty of easy parking.

Perfect Location and Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. Awesome location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for a few family movie nights and the bedrooms upstairs were great for the teenagers. Close to the Animas River Trail for a jog and an easy drive to Purgatory Resort to ski. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home in a great location

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable, has natural light and in an ideal location just a few blocks from Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants.The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, knives, modern appliances, etc. The bedrooms were also comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We spent a week at the house and would love to return sometime.

a perfect get away for the two of us and our 14 year old pug. it felt like a home away from home. bonus is the beautiful neighborhood, friendly locals (the mailman even came over to the porch to chat!) and tons of well behaved furry friends on leashes … great for our comfort zone walking an old gal!!

Beautiful home in a great location!

My family of 6 stayed two nights and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as described, so cute and comfortable. We love to the location and how easy it was to walk through the beautiful neighborhood to the downtown. The only problem was we wanted more time in the charming house and beautiful Durango! I have lived in Durango since I was age 19, in 1978! I love Durango and surrounding areas for the beauty and adventures awaiting in the mountains, on the rivers and in the canyons of 4 corners. Every season is gorgeous here with so much to see and do and ways to rest and relax as well!

Our neighborhood is right on the grid in Durango, but the hood is quiet and off the busy streets of 3rd Ave and Main Street. The house is on a corner with lots of yard space and everyone loves how walkable our space is!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is super special. It was originally built in 1898 and is one of the first houses in Durango! We think an Italian family built the house and the Fireplace mantel is orginial and from Italy again in the late 1800's! The actual fireplace does not work anymore so please do not try to start a fire in the hearth! We did an extensive remodel to the property in 2022 so everything is gorgeous and up to date! We hope you love our designer selections and unique items such as the old door for the patio table!
