Ce condo de luxe de 2 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains (unité 3F) est tout au sujet de son emplacement exceptionnel car il est situé au cœur du quartier touristique de Durango. Marchez jusqu'à tous les restaurants, magasins et divertissements du centre-ville. Il y a six restaurants seuls sur le bloc du bâtiment.

Le condo est également à un pâté de maisons du dépôt ferroviaire Durango et Silverton Narrow Gauge et du cinéma du centre-ville de Durango. Le style de vie dans ce condo est comme séjourner dans un complexe de luxe avec des options de restauration et de divertissement adjacentes et de la plus haute qualité.

Le bâtiment dispose d'une sécurité électronique et d'un ascenseur à tous les niveaux avec un parking souterrain sécurisé et entièrement clos pour deux véhicules.

We had a wonderful stay here from Friday through Monday and absolutely loved this property! The location truly could not be better. We were right in the heart of downtown Durango and could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to do.The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the secure underground parking—it was so convenient to park the car and then explore Durango on foot. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax, and it really felt like a home away from home.We were in Durango for the weekend to watch our son race in the Fort Lewis College Fall Blaze, and this was the perfect place for us to stay. After a full day of races and exploring the area, it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing space.Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Durango and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place in an unbeatable downtown location. Five stars!

We traveled to Durango for our anniversary. We loved the convenience of the location to be able to walk to most everything. Loved that we had free garage parking! Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mears house is one block to Main street, and .3 mile to the Animas River Trail and Greenway a great walking path. The condo was very clean. The property was easy to find, and easy to drive in and out of the parking garage. We spent a morning at Purgatory, enjoyed riding the alpine slide, and alpine coaster, also rode the lift to the top of the mountain. (4 ladies in our late 60's). We took a drive to Ouray, "Switzerland of America" along the Million Dollar beautiful. Lastly we spent a beautiful relaxing afternoon at Durango hot springs.

My family had a great stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us and our train loving kids.
