Indulge in the ultimate seaside escape at Casa Vilano, where every member of your family, including your beloved furry friends, is welcome! A newly constructed, three story upscale private home on Coastal Highway in a cul-de-sac with a large heated pool. Fall asleep in the moon light reflected off of the ocean and wake up and check the surf from bed. This four bedroom / four bath has incredible ocean views from the three bedrooms on the third floor and a poolside master bedroom on the first floor. There is a large heated pool with a sun shelf. Pool measures about 14' by 28' with a 6' sun shelf and a 5' deep end with a bench. There brand new heat pump and very nice outdoor shower.Family & pet friendly home steps to the ocean, two blocks to overpass beach cross walk and playground. Only 1/2 mile to closest boat ramp, beach access just across A1A, 1.8 miles to Publix at Vilano Beach Town Center, 3 miles to Camachee Cove Yacht Harbor marina and boat ramp & just over the Bridge is downtown.500lb nugget Ice Maker in garage. 3 new beach cruisers. Stainless steel grill. Child safety gates are available. Fully stocked kitchen. Surf boards. Fun games. 3 brand new 2 ton AC/heaters. Accommodates at least 10. New 75” UHD 4K TV in living room and TVs in bedrooms.

There are stairs in the house so may not be suitable for everyone. Drone pictures were taken before pool and fence were added. The home sits on A1A so there may be some noise from the traffic especially during bike week, doesn’t bother us but full disclosure. Our road is very quite and safe but look twice before crossing A1A. This is a fast growing area so there may be some new home construction nearby. Caps on the Water, Aunt Kate’s and the Reef restaurant are all very close and you can ride bikes. Caps is the BEST restaurant in St. Augustine. Full disclose: The house isn’t ON the ocean it’s across the street/A1A. It is Florida, so there can be sharks, bugs, rodents, snakes & other wildlife outside. The beach here is susceptible to erosion, usually in the winter. Hurricane season is in August so that could be a draw back if your don’t surf. The beach on the intracoastal side can have a strong current. If you have any other questions please send us a message.

70th Birthday with family

The home was wonderful and the views of beach were amazing. The pool was very comfortable as well as the other amenities. I would highly recommend this property. Walking to the beach took only a few minutes. All family members indicated that this was the best vacation ever and wished we had booked more days.

The house was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. The views were amazing and it was an easy walk to beach. We really enjoyed using the pool after a day at beach. The hosts had plenty of beach chairs and anything you would need for beach. We really liked having the ice maker to fill the coolers. Overall, the hosts did a great job thinking of things and providing most everything that you would need. We definitely would stay again.

Great Time!

The location was perfect! The hosts thought of absolutely everything! Clean clean clean!!!! The amenities were great! Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pool heater went out and a tech couldn’t get to property to fix it til after we left. Other than that couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our family vacation! Will be back next year!

Great Property, steps to beach

This property was great for our family vacation! Came stocked with plenty of amenities to use, a variety of everyday kitchen items to use, plenty of space for the family to each have their own space, and great open living area/kitchen. Host responded quickly to anything I asked, there was a bit of a hiccup with check in and code not working, but confident that is replaced by now. Would definitely stay here again, excellent all around. Large back yard area, pool very nice and yard to play in with little kids. Highly recommend!

All the comforts of home!

As others have said, we were very impressed with the amount of "little things" that made it feel like home. From K-cups, spices, and baking ingredients to beach items and TV apps, this place has you covered! We saved so many trips to the Publix (only 5 minutes away) because the place has so many of the little things in stock! Great location and views of the ocean! Great private pool and no complaints.

Stunning Beach house

We spent 6 days at Casa Vilano over the NYE holiday. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. Amazing views from second and third floor. Impeccably decorated and well stocked kitchen and pantry. The hosts thought of everything- we especially appreciated small details like extra toothbrushes, hair ties and make up wipes, not to mention the holiday decorations! The mattresses were the most comfortable of any house we’ve ever rented. Excellent communication from the hosts with every question we had. Can’t recommend this house enough.

Amazing house

So comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful house with everything you need if you want to go to beach or bike or just lay out and relax. Beds are comfortable and lots of space to stretch out. Excellent communication and a must stay if looking for a place in the St Augustine area.

La Casa Vilano

The short walk to the beach, which was basically private, comes as advertised. If swimming, tanning, surfing, boogie boarding and fishing, 25 yards from your residence is something you would be interested in, this is the place! The open floor plan, balconies and views were amazing. Ashleigh and Jimmy were the most accommodating hosts I have engaged with on VRBO. The place is a Home Run!

Best VRBO ever!

Fantastic property, incredibly well-stocked and appointed! Included everything you would need for a large family gathering and beach vacation. Beach toys, chairs, bikes, a kitchen, better stocked than most home kitchens! And the location was perfect! The sand and beach in this section of Vilano Beach is wonderful. No riptides, seaweed, kelp, or rocks! Just nice white powdery, sand and warm water. Can’t say enough great things about this property and location!

Perfect Beach House

As an extended family, we have been doing beach trips for 8 years. This house was our favorite. The open floor plan on the second floor was amazing with plenty of space and great views. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms were spacious with firm king beds. The kids loved the pool and the beach access was so convenient. To top things off, our hosts stocked the house with plenty of amenities to make our stay exceed our expectations. We plan to book this house again.

Casa Vilano is, without question, the best family beach house we’ve ever stayed at. Ashleigh was amazing to work with & the house is fully stocked with anything a big family may need. The fact that we could brings our dogs & feel welcomed was icing on the cake. Great memories made before my daughter heads to college. We will be back!

Best vacation house ever!

Casa Vilano was amazing! Perfect location with every amenity imaginable. Stocked kitchen, perfect fenced yard for our 2 dogs and a beautiful heated pool. The large ice maker was the best perk of all! Great layout for 2 families of 4. Teenagers loved all the streaming options as well. This oasis is the perfect location for a relaxing tropical way to spend spring break with our family and friends.

Perfect beach home

This home is probably one of the best (if not the best) that we’ve stayed in. Nicely stocked kitchen. The large ice machine in the garage is a fantastic addition, made filling coolers for the beach a breeze. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and bikes there to use. The outside area of the house was awesome, great pool with an area for wading or putting in chairs to cool off. Lots of lounge chairs. The hammock was a nice touch. The views from all the decks was great. Even though it’s not immediately on the ocean, there were plenty of ocean views and was a super short and easy walk across the street. Loved that you are pet friendly! Our dogs enjoyed the yard and beach as much as we did! We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Spectacular home with everything you could possible need!

Casa Vilano was perfect! Ashleigh provided lovely personal touches for our visit--we felt very special. The location is really great, just across from the white sandy beach--it was almost deserted during the weekdays. We surfed on boogie boards every day and fished from the shore. We enjoyed the pool every day as well. The ocean views were great from the 2nd and 3rd floor, so relaxing. The 1st floor suite was perfect for my daughter, her husband and their 11 month old (and their dog). It had a wet bar/fridge with a coffee station right in the room, along with a pack n play for napping. I would consider the kitchen a "cook's kitchen"- great for entertaining. We would book this beautiful property again in a heartbeat!

Best family vacation!

My family had a Wonderful vacation at Casa Vilano! The accommodations were perfect. Here are some highlights: * The layout of the house was great - Super big bedrooms, large kitchen, dining area, and living room, balconies with comfortable seating including swings (great for enjoying with the grandkids), and much more. * The sun shelf on the pool was perfect for our 2 and 3 year grandkids. They were able to stand and play in the water independently without someone holding them. * The beach was just across the street - a quick and easy walk. * Loved the outdoor shower! After a day of swimming in the pool and ocean, it was SO easy to clean up and wash our hair. We barely used the indoor showers!! * The owner provided lots of extras - water toys, beach towels, bikes (wonderful for riding on the beach), soaps and shampoo, multiple clothes washers and dryers, nugget ice maker, and lots of other amenities. * The owner was VERY responsive. Would love to stay there again!!

Room to roam

Our family of nine has an awesome vacation. The home is large and incredibly designed so that we could be totally on our own or sitting together on porch having a meal together. The beach was almost private. All of us spent time in the pool which was very nice. If you want the very best, choose this home!

Beautiful home!

My family and I loved staying here! It was perfect for a larger family and we all loved the pool and backyard area! Easy walk to the beach and close to St. Augustine. The house was clean and we loved all the decorative details. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable couch because it is very low and was hard for adults to sit and get comfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our week here! Would recommend!

Family Vaca at Casa Vilano

Casa Vilano was the perfect rental house for our family vacation! We stayed during the 4th of July week and you could see the St Augustine fireworks from the top balcony which was amazing! The house was equipped with everything you would need and more, we seriously should have just brought ourselves. The owners even left a fun gift basket with treats for our dogs and sparklers for the 4th of July holiday. Everything was so well thought out, and you can’t beat being right across the street from the beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property us unique among others at the beach. The beach houses in the area have small driveways right on A1A, Coastal Highway, which is very dangerous for kids and pets. We built on A1A but our driveway comes off of 22nd St. so we still have great ocean views with beach access but we don't have to worry about the traffic hazards.
