Unité neuve au 2e étage, à quelques pas de la plage. PrÚs de tout, y compris l'aéroport, les parcs, la promenade du marais Murrells Inlet et les attractions familiales. Marchez vers les bars, les restaurants et le célÚbre Surfside Pier. Prenez un café le matin sur la véranda donnant sur la piscine ou prenez un cocktail sur la terrasse donnant sur Ocean Blvd. et la plage. Bùtiment a un ascenseur pour votre commodité. L'unité a laveuse / teinturerie, comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Wifi, draps, climatisation, débarras avec chaises de plage, serviettes et parasol, cuisine équipée avec tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer le dßner, y compris un mixeur pour les boissons glacées (congélateur avec machine à glaçons) et un Keurig. This was our second time staying at this location. Very close to the beach, easy on-site parking, restaurants and the pier within walking distance. Plenty of towels, in-house laundry facilities and a nice pool. All dishes, pans, etc. needed to make meals. No complaints - we look forward to coming again!

Salty Kisses the perfect home away from home!

Easy check-in, clean, tastefully decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and it's in a perfect location to the piers, restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and beach access is directly across the street. If you don't feel like the beach there is a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs and tables surrounding it located behind the building. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outside balcony. Erica and Spiro are great hosts. Always quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Clean, great location; but noisy

The good: location to the beach and other area attractions was amazing. The unit was very clean. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we went. The not good: this unit was so loud. The guests above us walked around all night long and we were awakened numerous times. The unit is tired and in dire need of some TLC, particularly the bathrooms.

Perfect Condo in Surfside Beach!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo itself was very well done (decor), well kept, and very clean. We enjoyed the patio where you could smell the salty air from the ocean and hear the waves. The views of the ocean though slight were nice. The complex itself was very clean and well maintained. A nice family-oriented complex. The location was great, right across the street from two beach accesses. The host, Erica was great from booking to pre-trip questions and questions during our stay. Very responsive. We hope to be back in 2025!

Very nice location and cute place

We absolutely loved this condo, it was so cozy and in the perfect location. We did not have a single issue and everyone who were permanent residents were super nice! The beds are comfy and everything is as stated! Up to date and we will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was exactly like the listing. So clean and organized. Very good communication with the owner. The only thing that would have made this condo better is a tv in the second bedroom but other than that it was perfect !!

All the comforts of home!

We had a great long weekend stay at Salty Kisses. Check-in was seamless, neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was super clean. I’d definitely recommend!

Beach Birthday Getaway

Amazing vacation rental!

Our rental was actually in Royal Gardens Resort, with oceanfront balcony, convenient location and lots of amenities to include both indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, covered parking, restaurant and elevator. Our hosts, Erica and Spiro, were amazing to work with and provided all the necessities for a worry-free vacation!

A Great Stay

This was a great place to spend thanksgiving with the family. The unit is conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance and is just across the street from the beach access. We had a very minor glitch with the door lock code on arrival but Erica addressed it immediately. We will stay here again, highly recommended!

Trust me on this one !!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to rent a condo for a week. I spent several days looking for a place my husband and I would feel at home in and found the perfect place in Spiro & Erica’s home. Erica could not have been more graceful and accommodating during our stay. The condo is immaculate, spacious and located on a beautiful and quiet street within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. The beach is directly across the street and you can hear the waves crashing while having your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I hope this condo is available if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in Surfside Beach

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property has it all. It is close to everything, steps to the beach, a BBQ area, pool, elevator and ample parking. G2 has been completely renovated and newly decorated. We bought quality bedding and mattresses, plush towels and chairs and lighting fixtures we'd love to use and see every day. Dimmers have been installed at almost every light so you can get the exact amount of light you want.
