Convenient Relaxing

Our family truly enjoyed this sweet, cozy house on the golf course! Sitting out on the back porch gave us such a calm and relaxing feeling — the perfect spot to unwind. The golf cart was super convenient and made getting around easy and fun! Highly recommend!

Peaceful Escape in Sandestin on the Golf Course

Best place in Destin — hands down. I stopped staying in the area years ago because it would get too loud with college students and their parties, but this house in Sandestin changed everything. Tucked right on the golf course, it was as quiet and peaceful as being in Europe. Loved the golf cart! Beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

Family vacation 2025

Annual famy vacation 2025. 5 night stay. Communication was excellent thoughout the whole process. Detailed information from the Ted, the owner was appreciated. The best location, house was everything that was described. Stayed in Sandestin resort many times , this was the first to stay in Laurel Grove. Neighborhood was quite and piecef plus the bonus of being onrhe Raven golf course. Highly recommend this property rental.

Sandestin Paradise

This was our 2nd stay at this rental and it was just as fantastic as the first. Easy check in and check out. All the amenities that you could ask for. Location is quiet and central to all the things you want to do. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

The 19th hole

We had a wonderful experience!! Ted was a great host! Communication was quick and easy, check in was a breeze, and the home was fantastic. We loved drinking coffee and watching the golfers in the morning, and our kids LOVED feeding the turtles in the pond out back. We loved the easy access to the beach and the warf area too. We had one little issue with the washer and Ted had someone there within an hour to fix it. We would definitely recommend this property!

Sandestin Spring Break

We really enjoyed our week at this fully equipped, super clean and comfortable house. It is in a peaceful location on the golf course, yet has easy access to all the amenities and activities of this huge resort. There are plenty of things to do for all ages, and many great dining options close. Our 17 yr old boys spent a lot of time at the basketball court, volleyball on the beach, and the many fishing options (resort’s ponds & docks on bay). The beach with powder white sand is beautiful, exceeded our expectations! You can purchase a beach set (umbrella with 2 chairs for the day $80). We hope to return and stay here again. Thank you

Multi-generational family gathering

Love Laurel Grove and am so excited to find this property among the rentals. Delightful to communicate with the owner; he was very thorough, attentive and nice. Will definitely stay there again. One small suggestion: the den/tv area could benefit from the presence of an additional light. Perhaps another of the three-arm standing units in the corner behind the sofa? Just a thought....

Wonderful Family Vacation

Perfect house for our family vacation! The property felt private, peaceful, and safe. My three boys (11, 9, & 7) loved having the whole upstairs to themselves. I enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning, while watching the golfers. :) There is a ton to do on the resort grounds and the 6-seater golf cart was so nice to have for getting around. We took it to Baytowne Wharf, the beach, the pool, restaurants, and even Publix. :) Ted was a fantastic host - he sent a detailed list of what to expect upon our arrival and was very easy to connect with during our stay. We had a great week full of fun and relaxation. We’d love to come back someday!

Perfect house for our family!

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect location, clean, close to everything you need and well equipped. The golf cart was perfect for our family of 5. Everything is a quick trip on the cart. Ted, the owner, was always one text message away. The resort has everything you could need. After a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, we would spend our mornings there and return to the community pool in the afternoon. Shade on the back porch was great. Even on the hot days, we were able to be outside. The grill worked great for burgers. Zero complaints! Thank you for the great memories.

Wonderful House

This house was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 kids under 5, with tons of extra space. Here are a few things that are good to know but hard to see when comparing houses - this house has a long porch facing right out onto the fairway. Some of the other houses are sandwiched in close together without nice views like this one has. We really enjoying sitting on the porch waiting for golfers to go past, especially when they were from our family! It was also gorgeous to open up the blinds in the morning with the sun streaming in and views of the golf course instead of views into other houses. This house comes equipped with beach towels, a Keurig coffee maker was appreciated, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Fun stuff hiding in cubbies and drawers like games, puzzles, books. We were happy to find some plastic bowls and cups that looked very nice but also let us relax at mealtime with the kids and not worry about breaking anything. The bunk beds are very comfy, big enough for adults, and loved by kids. The Laurel Grove community pool (heated) was a quick 2 min walk and even faster golf cart ride and was nice and warm even for a visit during a March cold snap (highs only in the 50’s for a few days) and we swam most of our days there. The hot tub was wonderfully toasty. There’s a fitness area and shaded grilling area that looked very nice but we never ventured in. The house is a little over 1.5 miles from Baytown Wharf Village - it took under 10 minutes on the golf cart to get there and we went almost daily to the playground, shops, restaurants. We definitely also recommend hitting Emeril’s (he was in the line cooking, and signed a cookbook for us!!!) the Zoo Gallery, and the farmers market at Grande Boulevard. Golf cart ride was between 5-10 mins there as well. Lastly, the beach is stunning and far less crowded within Sandestin than at the other beaches along the way. The ride in the cart is really fun and took about 10-15 minutes at the most. We would definitely stay at this house again for future stays!

We absolutely loved this property! Clean and beautifully decorated. Great porch with fans. Ocean was absolutely gorgeous and clear. There was plenty for the kids to do. We enjoyed the golf cart and area was perfect for the kids to ride bikes. It was also nice to be able to drive the golf cart to shops, restaurants and the store. Owner was wonderful with communicating and gave great suggestions for being new to the area. Cant wait to stay again!

Beautiful House, lovely porch!

We really enjoyed our week at this home! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The golf cart is new and was so nice to have to get our family of 5 to and from the beach or Baytowne wharf. Great Vacation rental!!!

My family and I stayed at this rental for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, neighborhood was quiet, and the location on the golf course was perfect. The house was very clean when we arrived, all of the bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were comfortable. I very much appreciated the owner communicating so well during the entire reservation process, we were provided contact information if any issues arose. The golf carts were an excellent addition to the property. The back porch was amazing!! We definitely cant wait to go back

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a blast at this precious home. All ages will love the location. The atmosphere is so relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the nearest swimming pool . It’s a short golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants. We loved driving the golf cart around. My favorite part was drinking coffee on the back porch and watching the golfers. Ted (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed. He answered his phone every time I bugged him with my crazy questions. Something else about this property is the parking. We were able to park 3 cars in the driveway. Some of the other homes only had room for two vehicles. We weren’t ready to leave at the end of our week. Next time I’m booking two weeks, if it’s available.

Super cute bungalow in SanDestin

Owners have thought of everything in this super cute Laurel Grove rental! This home was extremely clean, had everything you would need and a great wrap around back deck right on the golf course! Included a beautiful new 6 seat golf cart to complete the package. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose this rental!!

Beautiful home and location!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! It was impeccably clean upon arrival and extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ted was also very responsive and communicative throughout the booking process and leading up to our stay. We rented cribs for our 4 month old twins, and he even reached out to me to let me know he had spoken with the crib rental company to arrange the drop off. Small details like this are much appreciated for a busy mom of four little boys like myself! The setting was perfect - a beautiful wraparound porch on the fairway. The home was equipped with anything and everything we could have needed for our stay - dishes, paper towels, napkins, beach towels, a brand new grill, blankets, tons of games for adults and kids and plenty of cookware just to name a few things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Great Stay

My daughter and I rented the house for 1 month and absolutely loved it. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We loved the wrap around porch for grilling and chilling. The house was clean and everything was in working order. Golf cart is great transportation to the beach, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd for dining and entertainment. We're already planning our trip next year.
