Le 3310 at the Sea Village est un charmant condominium de vacances bien situé offrant des vues sur la mer, sur la baie de Kailua, la piscine et la cour centrale récemment rénovée du complexe Sea Village. Cette belle unité au 3Úme étage (dernier étage) peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement avec un lit Cal King dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Un climatiseur portable situé dans le salon est un atout supplémentaire! Cette unité est entiÚrement carrelée et la chambre principale dispose d'un placard de bonne taille pour vous aider à vous installer dans votre ßle! La salle de bain a une belle douche de plain-pied en verre avec siÚges intégrés. La cuisine dispose de nombreux placards et comptoirs et donne sur le salon / salle à manger. La table à manger peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, ou vous pouvez manger sur la véranda et admirer la vue magnifique!

La table basse, les tables de bout et les lampes assorties complimentent le canapĂ©-lit nouvellement rembourrĂ© et le fauteuil inclinable. Vous pouvez mĂȘme regarder un DVD ou votre Ă©mission prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e sur la Smart TV. Il y a aussi une petite laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ©. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont dans toutes les chambres et il y a quelques ventilateurs de boĂźte supplĂ©mentaires pour votre confort. Et il y a le WIFI gratuit!

Le complexe Sea Village dispose d'une piscine et d'un spa face à l'océan, ainsi que de quatre barbecues au gaz avec des tables de pique-nique dédiées offrant une vue incroyable sur Kailua Kona! Promenez-vous vers la plage Honl Beach en longeant le centre-ville ou continuez dans les restaurants et les magasins. Dégustez un smoothie frais ou un café Kona au Green Flash Café sur place. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the setting was awesome. Common areas at the propery pool, bbq, grassy areas gave since of community with others on vacation. Room and lani had great ocean view. A little more cooling capability with an additional portable AC or central air would have been nice but we adjusted.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 9 days. Loved the location and the view. The condo was very comfortable for our stay and we would highly recommend it. It is nice to be on the third floor and have lots of available parking.

Beach Honeymoon

We had a great stay at this condo for our honeymoon. We had one mishap where the pool key wasn't in the room when we checked in but after a quick call, it was sorted out very quickly! Would recommend this stay!

Simply Breathtaking

We rented Sea Village 3310 for five nights, and it was exceptional. It is easy to feel at home and comfortable when it's well-kept inside and out, excellent location and the bed is comfortable. But the best part was the view - simply breathtaking and gorgeous! Kona Coast Vacations, thank you for the beautiful visit; it was a pleasure renting from you!

Kona Ocean View

A lovely balcony view! Well kept BBQ area and pool area. The unit is dated and could use some updating. Patio doors and closet doors did not function well which is a note not a huge concern. The patio and common area made this an excellent stay. If the unit were to be refreshed this would truly be a 9/10 location.

Convenient

Convenient to everything in Kona. Great size for two people. A/c is useless and only in living room, never reached bedroom., so sleeping was awful when it was 80+deg at night. Sun never shines on lanai and sunsets were on side of building and cannot see it from unit. If you go down to the pool you can watch the sunset. Bbq area is nice and well maintained and a nice community of people. Nice property overall.

Pros: Great views from the condo patio. The property had a lot of good amenities i.e. bbqs, pool, hot tub etc. We noticed that the pool and bbq area were cleaned daily which was great to see. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature. Cons: There was an AC unit in the living area, which was great, but there was no AC unit in the bedroom which made it uncomfortable at night. It was difficult to find the condo unit. The signage to the unit was not clear which made it difficult to find on the first day. Overall, a great condo!

Central location but the unit was disappointing

The Sea Village location is great and centrally located near town. The unit however, was pretty disappointing. The A/C machine really didn’t cool the place down, and the broken tube was duct taped together. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The beds were springy and uncomfortable. There was a coffee machine but no coffee (every other rental I’ve stayed in has offered atleast a single serving of coffee) and the television lagged like crazy. The view from the Lanai was the only saving grace but otherwise, we made sure not to spend too much time in the unit. We stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon and somewhat regret it. We love Kona but next time we will stay somewhere else.

Nice view and grounds, but average condo

Condo was very clean. Nice view of ocean and Kona coast. Grounds and pool well maintained. Check-in was easy. Per the listing - air conditioning floor unit in living area - Inadequate to cool living room let alone the master bedroom (even with 4 floor fans working). Bedroom stayed at 83-85 degrees day and night. We had to sleep in the living area. No working vent in bathroom, gets very hot and humid quickly. Shower was nicely updated. King mattress worn. Fold out bed in couch very Uncomfortable. Basic appointments, kitchen supplies and utensils The unit had a smell and needs a bit of updating. The moldy rug on the lanai needs replacing. We will NOT rent this unit again and will NOT recommend it to others.

Exactly what we Needed

This property was just as advertised. Amazing views from the lanai, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach gear. We were given very clear instructions for finding the place and checking-in/out. Had total privacy the entire time. And the place was spotless and abjoy to come back to after a night out. It acted as a perfect honeymoon home-base. Downtown was a 15min walk away and it was easy to head North or South on the main highway from the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay with all the amenities and appliances one could want.

We had a lovely stay at this location. It was close to a lot of restaurants. Ocean views from the lanai are beautiful day and night. It is well maintained and everything that we needed was provided.

Everything was very good except for the temperature in the bedroom.

The management company went over and above the norm to help us during our stay. My wife and I developed Covid during our stay. We had to isolate ourselves. We were able to arrange for a later checkout which helped us a lot. The unit was well equipped and very clean. When we arrived the temperature in the living room was 90, the bedroom was even warmer. We had entered into an oven. We put the AC on and many hours later the living room was down to 76. We were never able to cool the bedroom to a satisfactory level. There were three I believe portable fans for our use. These fans moved the hot air
. Our suggestion would be for the AC to remain on during the changeover process. This would help but not alleviate the issue.

Amazing location but very warm inside.

The location was perfect and the view was amazing but it gets VERY warm during the day. The way the building faces doesn’t really let a breeze blow through so that didn’t help in the cooling of it. We had to sleep on the pullout couch because that is where the portable A/C was and the bedroom was way to hot to sleep comfortably. The bathroom also got really hot and I can’t imagine how hot it would have got if we used the oven. If this condo had a small window unit or portable A/C unit in the bedroom also I would have gave it 5 stars. The heat was a bummer but the view sort of made up for it and we were pretty much gone all day till dark when it cooled off anyway. I would probably stay here again only if a small unit was added to the bedroom. We also liked the closet with snorkel gear and beach chairs. We had a great time everything was perfect except the room temps.
