This is a beautiful property with some of the best views I have ever seen. Plenty of room for our large group and the care taker was very kind and helpful. We did expect the dock area to be a little different but that was out of the property owners control because of water levels. All in all we had a wonderful stay thank you!

So much fun for big groups!!! The only thing that was a a concern were the ladders in the cabins… those are tall!! But best views ever and it was so much fun.

The view is 100% the highlight of this place. Great for my family of 14. All three cabins suited our needs and the pool was great for the kids. Had everything outside to entertain and make it a memorable experience. Fishing was not the greatest at the river but we had fun. Overall great experience and we definitely plan on being back.

Absolutely stunning property!!!! The stairs going down to the pool are a little scary but as long as you walk down slowly it’s fine. If I could get another group of this size together outside of them coming for my wedding I would stay here again. The view was beautiful!

The location is beautiful and all three cabins are clean and provide ample space for large groups. The beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. They provide a great supply of clean towels in all cabins, including pool towels. The refrigerators are clean and work well and each cabin had a coffee maker, range and microwave. Washer and dryers were a nice addition. The deck area was a great hangout space for a lot of people. The outdoor speaker system was fantastic! While we had a great time staying there, we also dealt with a few disappointments. The pool was not ready when we arrived and had to be treated after we got there. The kitchen equipment needs an update. Several skillets need to be thrown away and replaced with safer ones. A dining room chair collapsed when sat upon by an average size person and the master cabin toilet was loose. The bed in the master bedroom in cabin 1 was way too high. We had two handicapped people (one is 85 and in a wheelchair the other has a prosthetic leg) who could only stay in master cabin, but the bed was not a reasonable height for either one. We had to remove the box springs to lower the bed for safety. The loft ladder in cabin 3 is too steep and in need of handrails for safety. Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed the outdoor spaces tremendously. I recommend the location despite a few improvements needed.

The property was great! Amazing views and nice outdoor amenities. Heating the pool was an extra fee, so we decided not to do that. Let's talk about the inside of the cabins. They were not super clean (examples - lots of dust in bathroom shelves, an old hair tie left in one of the showers). So that needs improvement.

The view, location, and property are absolutely gorgeous. Host was super responsive and the only issue we had was addressed immediately. You absolutely can’t beat this property for a great family vacation. The host ensures anything you could need is already on site. I’d give it more than 5 starts if I could.

The houses were clean and fresh when we arrived. The main cabin was well equipped with the things needed. The kitchen was kinda small for our group. The scenery was great. The stairs going down to the pool are very steep, thank goodness for the handrails. All in all we had a great time during our visit. The covered deck, firepit and the large table were the best to accommodate our group. So glad that we rented this property.

We had a wonderful trip! The house was perfect for our stay - great distance from everything Lake Travis and just a fun place to hang out when we weren’t out and about. Can’t recommend enough.

A beautiful and unique property. Having multiple cabins was perfect for our group. Each cabin was clean, comfortable, and had convenient layouts for large groups. The deck off the main house is where we spent most of our time cooking at the outdoor grill, eating at the large outdoor tables, or lounging by the fire pit. The pool was gorgeous and large and added to our amazing view! One thing to note is the stairs getting down to the pool and the other two cabins are steep. I wouldn’t recommend a family with toddlers come here as I think it would be a bit dangerous for them.
