San De Luna # 27 est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

De Luna # 27 est tout simplement parfait pour les familles et les plaisanciers, offrant les eaux calmes de Santa Rosa Sound et la plage de son privée en toile de fond. Le deux chambres / 2. Townhome 5-bain dort six, avec un lit king dans le maître et un lit complet et des lits superposés dans la chambre d'amis. Master bain a une douche à l'italienne, bain invité a combo douche / baignoire. La cuisine comporte des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

À la fin d'une journée ensoleillée sur la plage, des animations pour tous les goûts sont offertes avec des télévisions à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Le propriétaire a judicieusement fourni un barbecue au charbon de bois, une planche à pagaie, deux vélos de plage Huffy (un garçon, une fille, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et un chariot de plage dans la zone de stockage verrouillée ci-dessous. La maison de ville a un parking couvert pour deux voitures, bout à bout. Le San De Luna propose des courts de tennis, une piscine et un grill. WiFi gratuit.

We have stayed at San de Luna many times through the years and always enjoyed it. This particular condo is always clean and inviting.

It was a wonderful stay with a priceless view each night for sunset. I loved the space and the open concept kitchen living room area. If I was cooking in the kitchen I was still able to see the bay which made me feel like I was able to be near the water all week. I loved being able to go to the bay or the beach depending on what I wanted to do. It was perfect!!

We had an amazing vacation! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had lots of extras! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, along with bedding, towels, cooking supplies, and fans! The fact you could walk out to the deck and see the bay just a few yards away was so relaxing and beautiful. It was a short walk across the street if we wanted to go to the gulf side! The pool was clean and the family played pickleball on the court outside our place, and used the paddle boards provided! We also enjoyed going to the Blue Wahoos baseball game! Overall, it was amazing and we would absolutely stay there again! 10/10

Best vacation ever!

This place checked all our boxes! Beautiful, clean, pet friendly and the best location. My favorite day was when my daughter and I rode the bikes to town for shopping and snocones. It was her dogs first time to the beach. The water was so clear. Loved it all.

Great vacation!

Everything was great except for the spiral staircase. It needed carpet on the stairs. I was a little nervous and our dog kept slipping. Love the location and easy access to the bay

Lovely Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to book a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway and this unit did not let us down! The location was amazing! It was quiet and secluded, yet close to all restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The paddle boards were so fun for my husband and kids! The unit is pet friendly and accommodated our little dog nicely, however it did smell a bit off. Almost like there was a cleaner they used to try to clean up/mask an animal smell that was noticeable every time we came in the unit. Otherwise, the bathrooms and all other spaces were clean and felt very homey! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The Bay is just steps away right outside your door. We walked along the water frequently collecting shells and watching the jets. The Gulf is a quick walk right across the street on the other side which was so incredibly convenient. If you have littles, there is a small Pirate themed playground just a few minutes walk up the Bay side. There are amazing restaurants on the boardwalk just a short drive up the road. I liked how far away the property was from most of the “activity,” but it was still incredibly convenient. Definitely will consider staying here again.

New Kitchen looks great, which we loved. We had a small glitch when we arrived with the cleaning, some things were overlooked. Staff, afterhours and office, were kind and helpful to get it resolved.

Great location not very clean

The location was absolutely perfect and the place was decorated beautifully BUT there were dog hairs EVERYWHERE!! Beds, linen, Staircase, bathroom sink, refrigerator and stove covered with animal hair! And the main bedroom and bathroom both smelled like dog urine.

This was spring break for us and four graduating teens. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautiful home and listening was accurately described. Perfect location for us, just before Ft.Pickens so it was in a quiet area. We were only 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach, boardwalk and fun. Loved that we were on the bay and beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Doggie beach is right thwre as well as we did bring out family pet. Communication, check in and out were all easy. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay.
