Notre loft est situé sur la State Line divisant la Virginie et le Tennessee. This property has to be one of the nicest, cleanest, and most well stocked properties I have stayed in. Even a little unique! While only technically one very long room, it is arranged for you to feel like it has some separation. I stay the equivalent of 2-3 months a year in rent by owner properties and have been doing this for over 20 years, so I have had many properties to compare this one to. The communication from the owner was above average. The property is in downtown and within easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, bakeries, night life, etc. It has a fabulous and well furnished deck. It is noted in the description that there are 26-28 stairs you must climb to reach the property. There were two sections that were reasonably steep which made it a little difficult with larger rolling suitcases and a cooler. Anyone who has any difficulty climbing stairs or carrying items up stairs would need to take note. Otherwise, it is “worth the climb”

Felt like home

We had a wonderful stay. We were out and about most of the day but did all of our own cooking instead of eating out. There is everything you need plus some! The bedding was great and I really appreciated all the throw blankets and comfy pillows. You can tell that Karen has thought of every scenario. You won’t wish you had anything… all the little things you may forget to pack, don’t worry… she’s got you covered and it’s probably there! Hopefully we can come back someday.

Absolutely perfect loft!!! Without question this is the best place we have ever rented. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and happy. The loft is impeccably appointed with beautiful furnishings and so well equipped. The host has payed such attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean. The online pictures don’t do it justice. We formed great memories here that my husband and I will look back on with fondness for many years. If you have the opportunity to rent this place, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful urban loft in the of Town

We had a wonderful time in Bristol Tenn/Va. Karen weny above an beyond making sure we had everything that would make out stay conformable, even covering the item we most frequently leave behind. All I can say is a great town and an even better Loft.

Gracious hosts, beautiful loft & sparkling clean!

I planned a short get-away just far enough from home for me & my husband, as we are very busy and spread too thin too often. I found this *beautiful* loft while searching online, we could not have been happier! The hosts, Karen & Monica, were absolutely fantastic! Karen stayed in communication before check-in & throughout our stay. When we arrived, the loft was very inviting with lights turned on, a few menus from area restaurants, a handwritten card welcoming us & candies. The loft was CLEAN, I am very particular and that was one of the first things I noticed. The bathroom was so clean, it literally sparkled! The loft is exactly as pictured online, actually- it's better. There were plentiful snacks, coffee, teas, etc. available. They have thought of *everything* such as extra toiletries in case something was forgotten, multiple boxes of tissues located in the just right places, OTC medications for sudden ailments, plush throw blankets on the sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and even a sound machine in the bedroom! We had the pleasure of meeting Karen & Monica when we visited their store beside the loft, Cranberry Lane. They are super friendly and were genuinely happy to have the opportunity to host us. I can't say enough good things about our experience and stay at the loft. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, the location was perfect for us as well. I hope we can again schedule time in our busy lives to "unwind" and visit Bristol & the Urban Loft again!

Quick getaway

Our initial interest was to visit the Burger Bar and not knowing the area we wanted somewhere close. WOW! What a beautiful place and Karen was absolutely the best host! Everything we needed and more was right there and her suggestions of places to eat and visit were great!

This loft is not only beautiful and fully equipped, but the hosts are wonderful, accessible and provide special personal touches, they clearly have a lot of pride in this beautiful place and love what they offer, and they include local info to ensure a wonderful experience. I've stayed at a lot of rentals, and this one was the best-equipped place I've ever stayed at. They thought of everything and made it available. It's a beautiful, comfortable place in a great location.

Hospitality at it's finest!

We absolutely loved this property. Located in the center of town it's convenient to everything yet still feels tucked away and quiet inside. The decor is unique and the thoughtful amenities make it feel like home. We would love to return!

Family Visit

We have stayed at the loft before and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay again while visiting family. Anything you could possibly need during your stay is provided and then some. Karen has thought of every little thing and we will stay anytime we visit Bristol in the future. It truly feels like a home away from home.

Very Nice!!

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and smelled wonderful! It also had everything you would need and more! The property manager was very helpful, ready to assist in anyway we needed and checked on us during our stay. The place was actually very quiet, even though it was in the center of downtown. Would definitely stay there again!!

We historically restored three buildings in Historic Downtown Bristol. Its so cool to stay in these lofts with the exposed brick walls, the original wood beam ceilings, and the location Downtown is ideal. You are close to so many music venues, performance theaters, and the Birthplace of Country Music Museum.

Our loft is located on the second floor. Only 26 steps up to the Urban Living Loft.

During warmer weather months, there several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11pm.

This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed ceiling beams and lots of character throughout.

We have several fitness centers nearby that offer daily rates.

-Breathe Yoga Studio adjacent to our parking lot
-Professional Billiards hall across the street.

We have a 3 night minimum for race weeks and 2 nights for Rhythm & Roots music festival. We use VRBO Smart Pricing and rates increase during peak times such as Rhythm & Roots Reunion and the 2 NASCAR race events throughout the year.

The location makes this property so appealing. We are located on State Street which is the dividing line between Bristol, VA & Bristol, TN. There are lot of great local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, retail stores, bakery, ice cream & candy shop, and a Fudgery. These are all in walking distance. Just park your car in our reserved parking lot and walk all over Downtown.
