PARISIAN CHIC IN A HISTORICAL MONUMENT (83 m² – 895 sq ft)
A truly unique experience. This marvelous chic and bright apartment within the Palais Royal is a real treat. The Palais Royal is a palace located opposite the Louvre and a few steps from Opera. A prime location in the very heart of historical Paris. Through time, it’s inhabitants include prominent figures such as Cardinal Richelieu, King Louis XIII,Louis XIV and the Bonaparte family.

A perfect place to stay with it’s stunning view overlooking the charming gardens and fountain of Palais Royal. This superb apartment has a great layout with two spacious bedrooms, one of which overlooks the gardens, with splittable king-size beds and two bathrooms, a bright and modern artsy living room combined with dining area that has AC for the warmer season as well as a fully equipped kitchen. AC only in the living room. The apartment has been modernized to give maximum comfort and to make your stay memorable.

This apartment is also a perfect spot to organise fashion and jewelry showrooms as it is in the heart of Fashion week’s most thriving events! Subject to specific rates so don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote.

For large parties this apartment can be rented along with any of our other apartment sin the building. All our Palais Royal apartments are in the same building.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

Important Notice

The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

Special location in the heart of Paris

This property is in a wonderful location and is extremely well presented. It was well equiped with a kitchen that allowed us to buy market food and prepare our own meals. The building is centrally located and allows you to take in the sights and sounds of Paris. There are a number of Metro stations in walking distance so allowed us to head further afield. Unlike a number of properties that are advertised, the advertising matches the description in every respect. Next time I am in Paris I will come back.

Rate based on 4 person occupancy. 250 Euros per week charge per person for extra people. We could exceptionally accept 2 extra guests but only children and not adults and only upon request.

The building this apartment is in was built in 1680. The Palais Royal is a palace located opposite the Louvre. Originally called the Palais-Cardinal, the palace was the personal residence of Cardinal Richelieu. At his death, it became the property of the King and was re-named, Palais Royal. After Louis XIII's death, it became the home of Queen Mother Anne of Austria and her young sons Louis XIV and Philippe, Duc d'Anjou along with her advisor Cardinal Mazarin. The royal families continued living in the palace until the Revolution and later was also home to the cadet branch of the Bonaparte family under the Second Empire.
