En plus de notre appartement propre, certains des services et commodités que j'inclus sont: * 1ère chambre avec lit queen * 2ème chambre est la mezzanine qui a 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être confortablement transformés en un lit king * canapé-lit confortable dans le salon * 1. 5 salles de bains avec la baignoire et douche rare * Placard à eau séparée * Wi-Fi * Ligne de terre avec appels locaux gratuits * Laveuse et sécheuse * Lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière * 1. 5 salles de bains avec une baignoire et douche rares avec beaucoup de serviettes moelleuses * sèche-cheveux * Non-fumeurs!

L'appartement est au deuxième étage (3ème selon les normes américaines) et dispose de hauts plafonds de 11 pieds (3.75m) avec de magnifiques poutres apparentes, parquet, cheminée, cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et un grand salon / salle à manger. Cet appartement du 18ème siècle "Old World Feel" avec de belles vues peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et est incroyablement calme!

The apartment was just as pictured and was a perfect home base for our family of 4 to explore Paris for a few days. Location was amazing- near metro, the louvre, the river, and the jardín de tulleries. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lovely host, great communication. Everything was clean and tidy with a lot of charm. It's really a nice apartment. However it was on top of a Korean BBQ restaurant so it smells like fried food from 9pm to 2am despite closing all windows. Not so bad in the apartment but quite noticeable in the master bedroom. It can be an issue for some people I can imagine.

If we had stayed during any other time of year, this may have been a 4 or 5 star review - as long as we had no interaction with the host(s?). However, we were unfortunate enough to have stayed at this VRBO during their July heat wave - where temps got over 100 F - and while we understood there was no A/C, their lack of preparedness for this heat was disastrous. There was one large standing fan and two small personal fans that outfitted the space. While that may work for one person's sleeping situation in such extreme heat, it does not work when you're occupying multiple rooms with 5 people, including one senior and one child (they mention it sleeps up to 5). One of the sleeping areas is a loft, which was about 2 feet from the ceiling. Needless to say, this "sleeping area" was not inhabitable in the weather conditions as they were. This is a VRBO run by a group, and we had a specific contact who joined us for "ground rules" upon arrival. She was quite brusque and hurried, warning us not to keep windows open at night - yes, even in that weather. We sweat through our clothes, the sheets, etc, and when we requested a partial refund for their lack of preparedness for the ongoing heat wave, we were told that every other guest had no issue - so no, no refund. Just bad customer service all around. If I had one piece of advice for you, it would be: do not book this place in summer. Once they have your booking money, you'll get no further consideration from these people.

Great location!

Loved our time at this apartment. It was our first trip to Paris and the location was great ~ easy to walk to so many places and also easy access to the metro. My daughters loved sleeping in the loft. I was worried about the heat, but when we’d open the windows there was a lovely cross breeze and when we’d close them at night there were plenty of fans available for us to use. We would definitely stay here again on future Paris visits!

Lovely accommadation in central Paris

The apartment was well appointed and as described. Located in central Paris it is only a 10-15 minute walk to Louvre and very close to public transport. Patricia, the property manager, met us at the apartment, reviewed all the amenities and kindly answered our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and apartment!

This is the best apartment! The location is amazing with the fun shops and restaurants. Definitely go to Marché saint honore. It’s a cute little outdoor restaurant area. And we found an amazing Japanese noodles place called Sanukiya close to the apartment. The apartment was clean and roomy. It was in good shape and the owners made sure we had toiletries and nespresso pods for the machine. It was perfect!

Charming but sometimes noisy

Amazing location in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious and has thoughtful amenities, such as a cart for grocery shopping. The one drawback is that there is a nursery school next-door so there are a little kids playing and shrieking from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.

I couldn’t of asked for a better location! I was greeted by Bridgette and she was lively and informative. Before the trip Lisa gave me a list of local restaurants and more to make my stay even more enjoyable! Our family of 5 loved this charming apartment! It's in a fantastic location - steps from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre. The Metro is easily accessible and there are heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay easy - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and several guide books with great info about Paris!

Perfect location

The flat was perfect for our family. It was bright with it's huge, beautiful windows. The apartment manager met us when we arrived and did a walk through of everything we needed to know, and she was kind enough to answer questions via text throughout the week about the area. The location is perfect to walk or jump on the metro.
