L'appartement est situé au quatriÚme étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble haussmannien du quatriÚme arrondissement, le Marais. Il est pratiquement adjacent à l'hÎtel de ville de Paris.

Il se trouve Ă  une courte distance de marche de nombreux sites touristiques de Paris (Tour Saint-Jacques, Notre-Dame, le Louvre, Georges Pompidou, le Marais, Saint-Paul et la Bastille, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns). C'est une promenade de huit minutes Ă  travers la Seine Ă  la rive gauche.
La station de mĂ©tro HĂŽtel de Ville se trouve Ă  trente mĂštres et vous trouverez de nombreux arrĂȘts de bus HĂŽtel de Ville et ChĂątelet permettant d'accĂ©der Ă  toutes les principales gares et Ă  la plupart des sites touristiques de Paris.

L'appartement peut accueillir quatre personnes et a été récemment rénové. Il a deux chambres (chacune avec un lit double), un salon, un bureau / salle à manger et une petite cuisine bien aménagée. Il a un chauffage trÚs efficace mais pas de climatisation.

The location is fabulous. Well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. The washer was extremely useful. So many great places to eat and well stocked grocery stores nearby. Highly recommended.

The apartment is marvelous and large and located in a wonderful and convenient neighborhood. It has almost everything you need. The manager was very quick to solve two small problems. The building is relatively quiet for being on a major street. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location!

Great stay! Superb location - may have been more space than 2 people needed so that's on us. Only one tiny complaint was that the toilet room reminded me of an bathroom on an airplane, almost bump head on the door when sitting down and used the kitchen sink to wash hands since it was tricky to turn around. Host was communicative and Natasha was great for recommendations.

Perfect location for food and shopping. Easy to check in. Very safe. Lift is small but can carry suitcases. Quiet and clean. Perfect resting place for our 10 day stay. Love this apartment. The location is superb, communication prior/during is excellent, apartment is well maintained and very clean. This was my second stay, first time for 5 nights, 2 weeks this time. Hope to return again!

Excellent place and location!

This apartment was exactly like the pictures and the description was accurate. VERY centrally located and literally steps to the Metro station. We enjoyed having enough room for a family of 4 as well as being able to enjoy meals at the apartment before and/or after long days of sight-seeing around the beautiful city of Paris.

Fantastic stay

We were two mothers and teenage daughters visiting Paris for spring break and this apartment was great. Natasza was welcoming and kind upon our arrival. We loved the location and how we could explore the nearby neighborhood or far corners of the city and come back to this central location to recharge. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location

This was a family trip to Paris with my daughters and mother. Natasha met us at the apartment and was very helpful and gracious. The apartment is located within steps of the metro and many restaurants, and stores. Could not have asked for a better location. We were equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and ate at many of the recommended restaurants listed in the welcome packet. We loved our stay!

Apartment in the heart of Paris

Our hosts were wonderful, letting us check in early. The apartment is long with plenty of room between bedrooms, and the 4 of us had lots of space. The location is fabulous, just across the bridge from Notre Dame. Natasza couldn’t have been more helpful.

Perfect location and a home away from home.

This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay in Paris. Many favourite restaurants within 15 min walk or eat in with fully stocked kitchen needs. Metro is so close and too easy. Lovely Natasha made us feel relaxed and welcome. It really was a home away from home.

Authentic central apartment

Seemed like an authentic Haussmann experience in a very central location. Apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and the host and Natasha the local contact were very responsive. Possibly not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs (or very compact lifts).

Excellent choice

The apartment couldn’t be in a more convenient or central location. Easy walking distance to numerous attractions, with a Metro station literally on the doorstep if preferred. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had a well-appointed kitchen. Natasha was very informative about the area when we arrived and attentive to our needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

I can't say enough! Natahsa was a wonderful host, she explained everything, gave us tips, and was available to us throughout our stay. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures! It was very well appointed and had so many extras just to make the stay more comfortable. And the location! It could not have been more perfect! Lots of transportation options and very central. As a last note, the wifi was great! Fast and no down times. Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!
