Such a beautiful home right on the beach! The home is in a prime neighbirhood.. The hosts were great! We used the heated pool and hot tub our entire trip over Thanksgiving week with the beach water being chilly during that time of year. You will have to pay extra for heating the pool and hot tub, but worth it. The hot tub will be heated only 4 hours a day, so you will have to communicate when you would like to turned on. It was fairly easy to text daily.

We had the best family vacation in this beautiful home. The ocean views are stunning! The home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location with easy beach access was perfect. The owners were great hosts. We look forward to coming back next year!!!

Our visit had great weather, relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge with our small family. This property is setup for a few up to many folks with the number of bedrooms and community areas. Every room was decorated nicely, felt extremely comfortable and gave a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely setup another visit in the future. The attention to detail with items for the beach, the kitchen and even some toys for small children were very much appreciated. My wife enjoyed the area so much she is open to moving to the area permanently.

Great home and location

The house has an easy flow, with lots of places to hang out as a group, along with cozy areas to curl up and read. It has easy beach access, with chairs and other toys provided by the host and a great pool to cool off in, if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. The views from the decks are wonderful and the house is in easy reach of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ellen was extremely responsive and quickly dealt with the few issues we had. We will definitely be back.

Another wonderful stay

This was another wonderful experience for us in Ponte Vedra that we plan to return to every year. The house is perfect, located in a central spot with beautiful beaches. The house is gorgeous with full amenities and plenty of room for families. The house is well stocked and full of beach supplies as well as bicycles. We feel so lucky to have found such a gem.

Always a favorite!

We have stayed at this home a few times and it is just as beautiful as the first time we stayed. The home has a great layout with plenty of space while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. Beach access is extremely easy and plenty of chairs are provided. The beach feels private as there are hardly any other people there. It all makes for a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

Family Vacation 2024

The house and property are perfect for a special family trip to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property and it was perfect for our family (including a 3 year old and a 1 year old.). You have great, close access to the very uncrowded and beautiful Ponte Vedra beach and a great pool with full beach view if you choose not to go down to the beach. Everything you need is provided and the owners are excellent to work with. We’ll be back.

Easter Holiday - Great Spot

Great home for families, both small kids and teens, looking for a beach vacation. Super clean and spacious. Views were terrific. Hosts were extremely communicative and happy to assist with the home. Will definitely recommend!

Breathtaking view

We spent a month renting this amazing beautiful home. It fit all our needs entertaining some friends and having family for Thanksgiving. This home has such a warm feeling. It was perfect for the holidays. Although a few glitches Ellen and Phil did there best to correct them which is all you can ask for. Only thing is I wish we had our own control of the hot tub timing so I didn’t have to bother Ellen every time. We can’t wait to book again and stay in this beautiful home.

Another great visit

This was our second visit to this fantastic property. Ellen and Phil were great hosts and were very attentive to any small problems we ran into. This is a gem of a home that is on a the most amazing beach with many great restaurants nearby. We are already planning on returning in the near future.

Perfect family beach house

This is a great house in the heart of Ponte Vedra. The location is perfect. The house is in well maintained and nicely decorated. The layout with master bedroom down and four bedrooms upstairs worked out great for our family.
