The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of room and beds for a family of 10. The kitchen was nice and the air conditioner was very good. It was exactly as described. I was glad we had a golf cart because the walk to the lake was long. I would describe the house as cozy and family friendly.

Really great weekend at the house !

Perfect house for the lake . The walk was not bad at all to get to the dock (as long as you can walk for about 5 mins). The house had great ac and loved the parking availability. Would definitely stay here again

A good place to stay

So I'll start by saying we had 8 grown men stay and it was plenty of room for us. The path to the house is tight and maneuvering boats was a small task but we made it work for 3 days. Ac in the house is better than almost any place I've stayed. The water is well water so bring some bottles of water for the Keurig machine. Now the not so good part, The couches including the pull out recliner downstairs are in need of some major cleaning. There was bottles behind it and other non clean things. If the house could get a good deep cleaning I'd give it a 5 star review. I would stay again but would definitely bring some of your own cleaner sheets.

Great private location

House is nice, the property is nice. The access to the lake is a reasonable walk. We used the dock and had a great time boating.

Perfect for our trip

No issues with our stay. Property manager very responsive answering questions.Our 4th year staying on an annual fishing trip with buddies.Quiet location close to boat ramps. Good kitchen, bedrooms clean and ready, everything we needed. Front porch and nice back deck with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We plan to return next spring.

My daughter lives in this area and we wanted to stay near her, this is the perfect house for a little getaway! Beautiful location, very clean, and property manager is very responsive and nice! We will definitely be back

My daughters wedding weekend !

Just want to say from the point of booking all the way through the stay the communication was flawless! We absolutely loved the location of the place! The home was very clean and beds slept so great! The whole family enjoyed the place! We will definitely be staying here again! Would like a week of doing nothing but enjoying the quiet time away from everything! Definitely book with these managers they are wonderful! The home is gorgeous and well kept! Thank you again for this great trip! Made this dad’s weekend much better with this place to stay at!

Would not recommend

Water front property is not water front. Trial to OUR dock is not properly marked. Ended up going to the wrong dock and neighbor was very angry after telling him it was a mistake. Multiple trails tie into the same trial leaving you unsure where to go. The trail was not golf cart friendly and would not recommend using one. AC was set on 78 and took 1.5 days to cool off which at that time it was time to leave. House is very out dated and nothing is level. It’s so un-level that the back door barely opens. House is not marked with numbers when you pull in common drive way, making you unsure of the correct house. The refrigerator doesn’t get cold and we had to use coolers.

Family Gathering

Big enough to accommodate most of the family. Hauled our boat and dragged kids around the lake, played/swam til all were worn out. The front and back porches were great for visiting and watching the kids. 2nd time renting this location. Owners were very responsive to a bit of an issue. Would come back again if the family wants to.

House is located at the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood. There is a core land trail behind the home leading to private dock with boat slip. (a 5 minute walk) golf carts are permitted to be used on the trail. Private Dock with boat slip & ladder for easy access to swimming in lake is located on an awesome & deep part of the lake !! Location is right across the lake from Mistletoe state park campground. Clarks hill marina & Raysville Marina close by to get gas for your boat, fishing bait, & small grocery items, ice cream treats or ice while out on the water.
